O "Apartamento Avenida" é um T0 moderno, num prédio de construção anti-sísmica do ano de 2008, muito acolhedor, com muita luminosidade, situado no centro histórico da cidade da Horta, ilha do Faial, Açores, em plena avenida marginal, perto de bares, restaurantes, bancos, farmácias, comércio em geral e zonas de interesse turístico, a 10 minutos a pé da praia da Conceição, terminal marítimo e praia do Porto Pim. Tem uma excelente vista para o Oceano Atlântico e Montanha da ilha do Pico.

Situé dans la vallée d’Almoxarife. 5 min à pied de la plus belle plage de sable noir de l’île et 10 minutes de la célèbre marina Horta et le centre-ville en voiture. Entièrement rénovée, la maison offre tout le confort moderne. Les 3 chambres ont vue sur la mer. La villa "Quinta dos Maracujas" est située sur un vaste verger, où, selon la saison, vous pourrez profiter des fruits exotiques. Bars et restaurants en bas de la rue.

With a privileged location in the city of Horta, the apartment is a 2-minute walk from the Ferries Terminal, 3 minutes from Conceição beach, a children's playground and picnic areas. It is also about 3 minutes from the historic city center, where you can find local shops, restaurants and the Municipal Market.

Casa Vista Fantástica

This tradicional stone house rightly bears the name "Casa Vista Fantástica". Look forward to a fantastic, unobstructed view of the wide Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of Pico with Portugal's highest mountain "Montanha do Pico", 2,351m. The rooms go up to the roof and convey a great feeling of space. The jewel of the house is the large conservatory, wich is glazed on 3 sides inluding the roof, and which might be better be called a summer garden.

Solar-powered wine house located in the Landscape of Pico Island Vineyard Culture - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Just a couple of minutes driving from Madalena village, this traditional and remodeled wine house has its own vineyard on the backyard. A cozy space for two with a bedroom, kitchenette open to living room and a bathroom. The wine house is overlooking the ocean, Faial island and Pico mountain.
