Enjoy the creek view from bottom or upper deck. Family’s can also enjoy the gazebo and fire pit with the view of the creek in the background along with Bettis Mountain. We are also 1.5 miles from Greers Ferry Lake. Hiking, hunting, Atv riding, all close. Little Red river short drive, best trout fishing. You can hunt on the property.

This cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests include 2 kayaks with paddles, fun noodles and more.This lake house has 2 king rooms with new Serta hybrid mattresses. One of the king rooms also has 2 chairs that unzip and fold out into twin beds. The lakeview Queen room has a new Serta pillowtop hybrid mattress.

There are restaurants, pools, a gym, fruit stands, boat ramps, nature trails, mountain biking trails, marinas, golf courses, and much more. Once you book you will receive specific instructions and a code for entry so there are no keys to keep track of or worry about! Internet can be spotty! If you are concerned with access bring a mifi or make sure you have a hot spot on your phone!!!

Lake house sits on a flat 2.5 acre lot with private access to expansive rock point for swimming, fishing and sitting and relaxing with the lake all around you.
