Freshen up while standing on heated marble bathroom floors. Located 1 block off the town square with quick access to parking, restaurants and shops. EV Charger outside.

2 Bedroom apartment, silent and relaxing

Very quiet location at the end of a cul de sac next to MIU campus and Fairfield loop trail. Ethernet with fast fibre optic internet in all rooms and wifi can be on if needed. The house has minimal EMF pollution and no smart meter. TV has Roku, with Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube Premium included and DVD player. Whole house Alen air purifier with ionizing option. Six filter, reverse osmosis drinking water system. All rooms feature the work of a local award winning photographer Marty Hulsebos.

The home is renovated but old - uneven flooring and imperfect finishing work.

The unfinished basement has a washer and dryer and an additional working toilet & sink. The driveway can fit 2 cars.

Welcome to Big Star Bungalow! This sweet little east-facing home is nestled in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, surrounded by lovely neighbors, mature trees, and gorgeous flower and vegetable gardens for you to enjoy. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place: the town square, county hospital, university, library, laundromat, community rec center, golf courses, and grocery stores are all under a 10 minute drive.

The Vernon Street Guest House - Suite 2

Built in 1900 and renovated in 2022, Suite 2 shows little signs of the once quirky old space. Completely private, with all the amenities, it boasts a spacious bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a desk for workspace, and a laundry room. While you're here, we hope you are able to relax and enjoy the well lit deck along with a cup of freshly roasted coffee, which we are happy to have provided.

This newly remodeled apartment is comfortable and cozy and just a short distance from the city square. Shopping services are also available. There is also a studio apartment available at this location, if more space is needed for additional family or friends.
