Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

The TBT Carriage House is walking distance to downtown's Historic National park, Whaling Museum, ferry's to Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard and Cuttyhunk islands, Zeiterion theater, antiques, galleries, shops and great restaurants. Property was meticulously restored with historic character and charm. Suite is located on first level with private entrance which includes a living space, bathroom and bedroom. Featuring 270 degree views that include the Atlantic ocean and a protected state marsh, our cozy home is also close to local restaurants, grocery stores, and shops.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

*We do live upstairs. Like any apartment, normal living noises & creaks may be heard in the apartment* One bedroom apartment with Queen bed, and Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Full kitchen and 3/4 bathroom. Close to downtown New Bedford with many restaurants, ferries to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and Cuttyhunk. Short walk to the beach, Fort Rodman & Taber, military museum, walking/bike path. Flexible Check-in, arrive as early as 9AM or as late as needed. No Guests or parties.
