Entrance thru garage, however the suite itself is fully private.

As a former science teacher, I enjoyed making the space have great...chemistry! You'll be within 20 minutes of area attractions like downtown, Spokane Falls, the Centennial Trail, and Green Bluff.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

Willow Gardens Main House is located in Mead, Wa. on a quiet country acre. Offering 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, A/C in the upstairs bedroom, full kitchen and laundry facilities. There are two bedrooms and a half bath one step up from the main living area. The third bedroom is on the second floor. Close to both highways 395 and 2 it is an easy access to any north side location. Only minutes to Whitworth University, Costco, groceries,shopping, golfing and more.

Float the little Spokane river, hike the trails off the Switchbacks, take a short drive to Mt Spokane Ski resort. Spokane is also known for affordable and excellent golf.
