My house lies in the heart of Chania in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood just 800 m. away from the Old Town and only 15 min walk from the nearest sandy beach. An ideal spot for friends or couples to discover real Crete. The apartment is on the second floor of a family building and has been recently fully renovated in creative and effortless way. A small balcony with mountain view, a fully equipped kitchen,a sunny and cool living room and a cozy bedroom with a double comfy bed are all yours ! You will also be pleased to find lots of English books, a high-speed internet connection, a coffee machine, air conditioning and fresh cretan products that will be waiting for you in the house to make your stay relaxing and memorable. Fresh bath towels and bed linens, tips about Crete, and a free city guide with the hip spots of the town are provided so that you feel like a local. During your stay we will assist you any time needed. Within walking distance you will find the Central Bus Station (400 m.), grocery stores, supermarkets (300 m) and a pharmacy (100 m.) In case you want to take a trip , the exotic beach of Falassarna, the astonishing lagoon of Balos and the breathtaking Samaria gorge are highly reccomended! My apt is next door so if I am not traveling, we will be neighbors and will try to offer a high quality hospitality by letting you know about local festivals, hidden gems and favorite spots :-) The apartment is in the center of the city – only a short walk from the Old Town – but away from the crowded tourist area. The closest beach is 800 m.away. Bakery, super market and pharmacy are all within walking distance. Every Wednesday there is an open-air farmers' market in the neighborhood. We recently installed an optical fiber based network, so that you can work remotely reliably with stability and internet speed of 100 Mbps. The central bus station is only 5 mins walk, so the access to the airport, as well as all beaches and villages is very very easy. The Old Port is just a 15 min walk. If you still decide to rent a car, parking will not be a problem around the area! This is a smoking free apt. Please enjoy your cigarette on the balcony !

Falasarna 4 sea view apartment

Appartement de 50m², confortable, moderne, aéré, lumineux, aéré avec de grands balcons pour profiter de la vue panoramique sur Falasarna. Il a des écrans et des volets pour la protection contre les insectes. Environnement calme et destinations proches des plages exotiques. Une voiture est nécessaire dans cette zone et parce que la plage de Falassarna est à 2 km. En raison de la couronne, avant chaque nouvel arrivage, nous veillons à désinfecter les surfaces que les visiteurs touchent souvent.

The clean, organized beach of Mavros Molos bay is only three blocks away! The studio can accommodate 2 adults and a small child!

Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο τζακούζι . Η σουίτα διαθέτει κρεβάτι διάστασης 160x200 με στρώμα και μαξιλάρια αφρού μνήμης istikbal.

koum kapi apartment

This 1 bedroom penthouse apartment with a huge terrace is located on the 5th floor, overlooking Koum Kapi Bay. It is only 50m away from the beach with many cafes and restaurants, and les than 10 walking minutes away from the Old Venetian Harbour and city center. It comes with a bedroom with a queen size bed with anatomic mattress, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The terrace has a big table, chairs and a hamock. Overall - an ideal combination for a memorable get-away.

Peace and seclusion!

Ten minutes drive from Kissamos this is a single self contained apartment with double bedroom, shower room and kitchen/living area. If you are looking for somewhere totally away from the turmoil of every day life, this is the place for you. The only other people here are Sue and I (and our Labrador, Darcy) However, Kissamos is close by and has everything you will need for shopping or eating out and also we are close to the popular beaches of Falasarna and Balos.

Casa 28 III

CASA 28 III is a freshly renovated apartment in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Chania, a breath away from the Venetian old harbour and the center and close to the beach also..! So close to the center but so quiet neighborhood with plenty free parkings around , equipment with anything you need, brand new household appliances and furniture. Feel free to ask for any clarification! It would be our pleasure to accommodate you in our beautiful apartment.

Wester Sun new apartment near Balos & Falassarna

The apartment is located in the beautiful and green village of Trahilas which is 40 klm west of Chania, the prefecture’s capital and 4 klm west of Kisamos, the province's capital. It is located in a small residential complex with a wonderful garden, just a few steps from the sea (250m from the sandy beach “Pahia Ammos''). It has1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 room with a sofa bed for 2 extra people, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
