Equal distance from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, you can get anywhere you want to go in the Bold North.

You will be staying in a classic Minnesota duplex from 1901 that has been completely remodeled with all the modern luxuries while maintaining its old world charm. The home is in the historic NE Minneapolis Arts District, a neighborhood frequently consumed by art fairs, beer festivals and live music. Definitely a quiet neighborhood not a city vibe. This level is COOL/COLD YEAR ROUND! Heavenly on hot summer days or if you like sleeping cool. NO CLEANING - just leave used towels in the shower before you go. Best for 1 or 2 who prefer a larger space or small family. Private entrance.

Minutes from Como Park, the State Fair Grounds and Hamline University. 5 min from the U of M St Paul campus and 10 min from the U of M Mpls campus. 15 min from either downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul. 15 min from US Bank Stadium or Huntington Bank Stadium. 10 min from Allianz Field. 25 min from the airport and the Mall of America. Very quiet and safe neighborhood!!
