Orchard Hut - Surrey Hills

Escape to the tranquil beauty of the Surrey Hills! Nestled in its own private orchard, within a large heath, surrounded by nature. The hut features a comfortable king size bed, television , table and chairs and a small kitchenette equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, air fryer , toaster , kettle ,electric hot plate . Step outside into your private garden, featuring a wood fired hot tub, outdoor covered seating , cooking and eating area, wood burning stove all lit by festoon lighting.

Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. The estate is also home to Kilnhanger Yoga Retreat, offering yoga and wellness sessions, and Kilnhanger Equine, where guests may have the opportunity to bring their horses and explore the beautiful Surrey Hills.

We are less than a minutes walk to the Downs Link which is popular with walkers and cyclists and a short distance to the Surrey Hills and the Cranleigh High Street. There is a One Stop convenience store and a kids playground within a short walking distance. Our little house has been newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/living area, a shared outdoor garden and free onsite parking for up to 3 cars.
