Great apartment in a new building . The option for free parking is Perfeckt . There is a reception which made the check in easy . We were during the winter, and the apartment is with nice temperature . Great apartment , with two bathrooms , comfortable beds ( which is really important for me )

Absolutely flawless apartment, couldn’t think of a single thing to improve it. Absolutely perfect for two couples. Everything brand new and extremely high quality, with thoughtful touches like snacks and toiletries. The concierge was very happy to keep an eye on our bags downstairs after checkout which was an enormous bonus. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Great place to stay! Very nice apartment, quiet, a very nice view on the residence garden, a lot of commodities walking distance. Central location, close to metro M2 and tram to go and visit Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi palace… Dilek is very friendly and responsive 😀 and provided very good recommendations. We had a very pleasant stay. I strongly recommend.

We had a great stay at Erhan's place. The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. Erhan & his team were very responsive and did a great job of making me feel at home. The area was walkable to the metro as well as to surrounding areas like Beyoglu, Galata Tower area; in addition there were a ton of bus lines right outside our door. The washer/dryer was a huge help. I'd highly recommend a stay at this place!

Квартира полностью соответствует описанию, очень чисто, комфортно и уютно. При закрытых окнах уличный шум, практически, не слышен. Но мы так уставали, гуляя весь день по прекрасному Стамбулу, забывали эти окна закрывать и тоже нам шум помехой не был))). Кровать очень удобная и даёт возможность хорошо отдохнуть))). В квартире есть всё необходимое и даже больше))).

Lejligheden var helt ny og lå helt perfekt 😍 Vi følte os meget hjemme! Både Erhan og Berrak var meget hjælpsomme og svarede med det samme på vores spørgsmål. tak for er dejligt ophold

كل شي كان رائع موقع الشقه والامان جدا عالي فيها والسيكيورتي دائماً موجود في جميع الاوقات وهذا الشي يحسسك بالامان جدا ، صاحب الشقه Erhan سريع الاستجابه ولطيف جدا اشكره على حسن تعاملة ، فقط لو كان في عوازل لكانت افضل بكثير ولكن هذا لا يعيبها كثيرا لانها نظيفة ومرييحة جدا وكل شي كان كما اتوقع واكثر

We had a lovely stay at Dilek's apartment. It was very spacious and nicely furnished, my family and I had a very pleasant stay. The location is also fabulous - the neighborhood is very cute with lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Dilek was also an amazing host - she was very responsive to our questions and gave us some great suggestions! Would recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Istanbul :)

Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.

Квартира очень удобно расположена по отношению ко многим историческим объектам. В 5 минутах ходьбы автобусная остановка, откуда можно доехать без пересадок до Египетского базара, а оттуда пешком, или на трамвае до собора Святой Софии, парка Гульхане, базилики Цистерны и пр. При желании, недалеко от квартиры до станций метро Шишане или Таксим. Сама квартира старой постройки, но оборудована всем необходимым для проживания. Соотношение цена/качество вполне нормальное. Следует отметить крутые ступеньки лестницы до квартиры. Пожилым людям будет тяжело по ним подниматься. В остальном всё хорошо. Спасибо хозяину Бешеру!!! Мы отлично провели время!

Clean and completed with everything apartment, perfectly match with description and photos. Lisa was responsive and helped a lot with details of the arrival and during the stay. Stay was great, but during 1st May Holiday area was blocked with police, so only buses may get in, so check twice your road trip.

Hands-down, one of the best places I’ve stayed with Airbnb. It was spacious and cozy at the same time. Perfect for a couple or you can be together but also have your own space. Huge bathroom that felt like a wine cave. And fantastic location, short walk to Galata tower, restaurants and the T1

Secara menyeluruh kami menyukai dan menikmati tinggal di rumah ini. Tempat yang sangat strategis dan berpusat di kota Taksim yang memudahkan semua akses transportasi dan makanan. Selain itu banyak fasilitas yang sudah tersedia di dalamnya seperti mesin cuci, setrika, hairdryer, dll. Namun sayangnya microwave nya tidak bisa berfungsi dengan baik walaupun kami sudah mencoba mengikuti arahan dari pemilik. Aroma di kamar mandi kurang harum, tapi masih bersih dan airnya juga berfungsi dengan baik.

Тибет замечательный, заботливый и гостеприимный человек, очень жаль, что невозможно увидеться с ним лично! Квартира оправдала все ожидания, было чисто, по приезду было все необходимое. Кровати, подушки, одеяла были удобные, постельное белье и полотенца чистые и мягкие. Квартира просторная, хорошо подходит для 4 человек. В квартире были отопление и горячая вода без перебоев, отопление можно регулировать. Так же там есть посудомойка (не мыть посуду в отпуске хороший бонус) и духовка, если есть желание что-то запечь или разогреть (нет микроволновки). Еще есть кофемашина с большим запасом саше с кофе и она делает хороший кофе. Квартира на 2 этаже по лестнице, если есть тяжёлый чемодан, будьте готовы его поднимать. Рядом с домом тихо, нет шумных туристов, есть магазинчики, кафе где можно позавтракать с местными жителями, в 5 минутах пешком в небольшую горку улица Истикляль, там уже выбор кафе и ресторанов больше. Недалеко остановка автобусов Омар Хаям. Спасибо, Тибет! Мы бы вернулись.

The apartment was comfortable and well situated for exploring Istanbul. We appreciated the bright and spacious base for relaxing after busy days exploring the area.

Wir waren mehr als begeistert, als wir die Unterkunft und das Zimmer betreten haben. Alles sah aus wie auf den Bildern! Zudem war alles sehr sauber, das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Praktischerweise gibt es noch einen Kiosk und ein kleines Café im Untergeschoss der Unterkunft. Ein zusätzlich großer Pluspunkt waren der Pool und die Sauna, die ebenso sehr sauber waren. Ich würde diese Unterkunft - vor allem für diesen Preis - immer wieder weiterempfehlen.

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.

Es ist jetzt mein zweiter Aufenthalt dort gewesen und ich war wieder sehr zufrieden.Die Anlage ist ein NEUBAU direkt neben dem Sheraton-Hotel und die Wohnungen sind super Modern! Es gibt verschiedene Saunen,Pool und einen Fitnessbereich. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es eine Apotheke, Kiosk, Bäckerei (Simit Sarayi) und kleinere Supermärkte sowie ein paar Tankstellen.Da ich diesmal die Wohnung mit einem Kumpel geteilt hatte und wir nur ein Schlafzimmer hatten habe ich Ümit angefragt und um Bettwäsche gebeten da einer von uns auf der Couch schlafen musste, uns wurde dann sofort neue Bettwäsche gebracht.Die Wohnungen sind wirklich Top Ausgestattet mit allen Küchengeräten wie Toaster,Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine etc.Die Lage der Einrichtung ist auch sehr sehr gut man erreicht den Taksim Platz innerhalb von 10-15min zu Fuß allerdings muss man Berghoch laufen und für Menschen die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind empfehle ich ein Taxi zu nehmen das kostet um die 100-200 Lira.
