Great value and location for our group. Beds were good enough for one night. Hosts were responsive to any and all requests. Hot water in showers and towels were freshness The apartment is spacious, clean, and warm, suitable for a group of 6 on a vacation. The neighborhood is friendly, with various places to eat and small local businesses to buy from. Thank you, it was nice staying

Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!

I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. Me encantó mi estadía en la casa de Yusuf. En primer lugar, no puedo estar más agradecido por la hospitalidad y amabilidad de Yusuf. Siempre estuvo atento a lo que necesitaba, y estoy profundamente agradecido porque incluso me llevó a la estación de tren cuando tuve que salir temprano en la mañana. En cuanto a la ubicación, fue muy fácil de encontrar, ya que se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada con varias estaciones de transporte público principales a poca distancia. Esto hizo que moverme por la ciudad fuera muy conveniente. La limpieza de la casa fue impecable, tanto en la habitación, el baño y la cocina. Además, puedo asegurar que la casa está equipada con una serie de comodidades, como lavandería, agua caliente y una excelente presión de agua. El internet también funcionó perfectamente durante toda mi estadía, lo que fue fundamental para las múltiples videollamadas que tuve que realizar.

A magical escape in the heart of historic Istanbul! Our stay at this Balat apartment was absolutely incredible. The flat was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything from a modern kitchen and smart TVs to air conditioning and central heating. The real highlight, though, was the 100 sqm terrace — the views of the sea, Golden Horn, and city skyline were breathtaking. Whether dining under the stars or relaxing in the cozy winter dome with a PS5, the space was perfect year-round. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the sea, tram, ferry, and steeped in rich history and charm. We loved exploring nearby sacred springs, churches, and local cafes. Communication with the host was smooth and everything matched the listing perfectly. Thank you for an amazing stay. We’ll definitely be back!

the moment I arrived he made sure to give me instructions very detailed and welcomed me warmly and everything was as described and everytime I annoy him with questions he quickly respond which is very very good manners , I highly recommend his place especially with that price

The flat is exactly as in the photos. The view is AMAZING! The location is right next to the Galata-Tower. We loved it! Itir was the perfect host. Very easy to communicate with and very accomodating. We had to leave early because of an emergency and she offered us a refund. We highly recommend staying here.

EL APARTAMENTO DE BEHIC ESTÁ SITUADO MUY CERCA DE LA TORRE GALATA Y DE LA ZONA BOHEMIA. COMO ALOJAMIENTO ES MAGNÍFICO, GRANDE (REALMENTE TIENE LOS METROS QUE SE INDICAN), ESTA MUY LIMPIO, BIEN CUIDADO, LA COCINA FABULOSA, LOS DOS BAÑOS MUY BIEN. LA COMUNICACION CON BEHIC ES MUY RÁPIDA, Y NOS AYUDA EN TODO LO SOLICITADO. COMO UNICO INCONVENIENTE ES QUE SE ENCUENTRA EN UNAS CALLES CON MUCHA PENDIENTE, PERO ESO EN ESTAMBUL ES BASTANTE NORMAL EN VARIAS ZONAS. LA CALEFACCIÓN Y EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO FUNCIONAN, AUNQUE NO ES FACIL CONSEGUIR LA TEMPERATURA ÓPTIMA POR EL SUELO RADIANTE (DEMASIADO CALOR), LO CONSEGUIMOS REFRESCANDO CON LA POSICIÓN DE LAS VENTANAS EN BATIENTE DURANTE UN RATO. COMO VALORACIÓN GENERAL ES DE 10 Y TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE.

Beautiful view! The team is very responsive and helped with luggages and airport transfers which was a big plus!

Nilay and Sencer's appartment is very nice, clean and having a local spirit. We were welcomed warmly by Sencer. The tram and bus stops are very close: less than 5 minutes away and you would need 10-15 minutes to reach Galata. If you arrive in Istanbul by car - there's a paid parking nearby that can be used for 15 EUR/24h. We also enjoyed a lot our visit to Sencer's Pizzarotti restaurant, where we had the pleasure to taste his local pizza inventions and have a conversation.

The most beautiful view in Istanbul💛🩵 This apartment, located next to the Galata Tower, offers excellent facilities. You can sit on the terrace until the morning, the view is so beautiful that you want to spend your whole day there. The apartment has everything you need. Communication with Gülşen was very easy and she gave very good tips about Istanbul. Thank you for everything 🌸💛🩵

I have been using AirBnB for a while now And easily can say this was one of my best stays. Clean, modern, safe, worth every penny.

We loved our stay in Serhats apartment! The host was very accommodating and answered all are questions. The apartment was cosy, located at a calm street but super close to restaurants and shops. The Cihangir area is bohemic and our favourite area of Istanbul. The only minus is that the kitchen was lacking in plates, cutlery and cooking equipment. Would book here again if I came back!
