This is the best Air BnB experience I've had in Kentucky. The place is huge. I'd estinate it at 1500-1600 sq feet. The location in Lexington's North Side is ideal for travellers as it is close to Transylvania, Downtown Lexington, and the Interstates. The neighborhood is Kentucky's best representation of urban living and gentrification. The hosts were responsive.

The host was great and very responsive to messages. The townhouse was very nice, clean, and spacious! Parking was a bit tricky having a large truck but not unmanageable. Having two parking spaces directly in front of the townhouse was nice. All in all we had a wonderful stay!

Ben was such a pleasure to work with!! We decided take a last minute trip from MD to KY to see our daughter who is a student at UKY and needed a place to stay. I messaged and he got back to me so quickly. We made the reservation and when we arrived we had an easy check in. The place was fantastic and location was great. I especially loved that all linens and towels were included! We also made use of the washer and dryer on Saturday evening so I could pack up clean clothes and not have to worry about it when we got home on Sunday. The back little patio looked so cute, wish we could've enjoyed it but the weather didn't cooperate. Ben was also super helpful with suggestions on places to visit and restaurants to dine. All in all, we loved the place and Ben was great to work with!!

Martha was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Initially finding the space was a bit difficult but once we figured it out and got settled in it was a great location. We had 2 couples and the furniture in the living area was not as comfortable as we prefer. Another large chair or sofa would be preferred. We would definitely visit this space again in the future.

Great location, great stay! I loved that this place had two full bathrooms as it gave me and a friend our own spaces. There was plenty of hot water for us to shower back to back. Ben had coffee grounds for us with a coffee maker which was perfect for the mornings. There’s a cute walkable breakfast spot called Java Jukebox that we went to and all our dinner locations were within 2 miles. The home itself is basic and just what we needed. It was clean and we enjoyed using the patio table in the backyard.

We came for Keeneland and Bourbon tours and this house is extremely close to both. We have stayed downtown Lexington before but it is difficult to sleep with all the sirens going off all night. This location is very quiet yet still close to everything. Communication was seamless! Therese was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The home was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home.

The location was great. It was close to restaurants, distillery district and in a nice neighborhood. It is unique little place with character. Very responsive to a couple of little issues but it was all ironed out. The house has a lot of character as it was built in 1914 and some of the traits of a historical building do still exist as the steepness of the stairs and the width is a little on skinny side. So just to note for anyone that has mobility concerns the bathroom is on the first floor and bedrooms are on the second floor. I probably won’t have thought twice about except I am still recovering from hip surgery. No one’s fault, just an observation. One other note, the yard for the 4 legged family members is not attached to the house and is a small garden. It is a great little place for them To get out and stretch their legs and relieve themselves but is not a fenced yard to run. Not negative just a note

Great for my family to just get away and have a little staycation. Family had a great time and so did I. Will for sure look to stay there again.

Judith was such an amazing host. Her place was very clean and peaceful. The location was easily accessible and was central to everything. We will definitely use Judith again in the future!

We live in Lexington and needed a place to stay while our house was being painted. For those who don't live in town, know that you're going to be close to EVERYTHING you'll want to visit while in Lexington. Plenty of good dining and shopping nearby as well. The only thing I'd change is adding televisions to a bedroom or two.

Great location, lovely condo!

The condo was prestige and the host provided the essentials. They were also very kind to ship some articles of clothing that were let behind. Would not hesitate to return in the future.

My friends & I stayed here for the Railbird Music Festival. The house was very nice and had all the amenities that we could need & more. Our host was very responsive and made our stay very easy and enjoyable!

Very responsive host with a great house. Close to Keeneland and convenient to many restaurants. It was very clean and as pictured. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Lily’s townhome was fantastic! It is such a bright and happy little place! It’s a short drive to some cute places to eat and convenient to downtown Lexington. The beds were comfy, the shower pressure was great, and Lily was super responsive and proactive. Would definitely stay there again!
