It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

You will find Back Lane Cottage tucked away in a lane in a hamlet called Eastgate. It is a two bedroom, fully renovated old property with lovely field views and is pet friendly. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area as well as a bathroom that has a shower over the bath. There is lots of storage space and there is a TV and full fibre broadband. Upstairs one bedroom has a king size bed and the other has two single beds. Between them is a toilet with hand basin.

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

This quirky cottage with two double bedrooms is connected to the Grade II listed farmhouse, but has its own private entrance. The Buttery has been sensitively refurbished, retaining many original features. The setting is one of the real charms, and guests are welcome to enjoy a walk around the grounds.
