The popular Speers Point Park is right at our doorstep, with room for the kids to run also hosting regular markets as well as food and sporting events. 25-30 minutes to the heart of Newcastle 15-20 minutes to beaches 15 minutes to 2 large shopping centres

The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a kayak shed and deck at the waters edge (no access to neighbours jetties). Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views. A perfect getaway for family and friends within reach of cafes, restaurants, beaches and the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Washing machine in bathroom & drying space outside. Host on hand.. Parking on site. NOTE: No TV provided, just a Blue Tooth speaker to play your devices through.

Lake Macquarie Guesthouse

Modern self-contained guesthouse at the front of our family home, next to the shores of Lake Macquarie. Away from the chaos but close to everything. Renovated with two rooms, a modern bathroom & new kitchenette. We are in a quiet parkland setting. Wake up to the native birds and rustle of the gum trees. Go for a walk around the lake, play or picnic in the park and go for a fish. Indoor dogs accepted on request. Whilst adjacent to the Lake, the Studio has limited views of the lake.

Guests retreat with lake views in a ground level of a modern home, private pool and spa at the entry to the apartment with full privacy. Ground level has only guests unit with separate front street access. Five minutes' drive to restaurants, cafes, Warners Bay foreshores, and Speers Point park. Short walk to the Lake Macquarie. Pool - 8am to 8pm Spa 4- 8:30pm May-Aug 5:30-9:30pm Sep-Feb (preferable spa times are programed via Airbnb messages)
