The Little Red Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house in the cute town of Pine Grove Mills. Downtown State College & PSU are a 15 min drive. This historic older home has been completely renovated in Spring 2023 to have a comfortable stylish cottage vibe. Family friendly, safe quiet neighborhood, near a park and popular breakfast spot! Easy access to Rothrock State Forest. STRICT NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PARTY PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

Nestled at the woods edge and named after our resident owl, Hooting Haus is a European styled cabin retreat close to all Penn State offers. The gourmet kitchen's rustic charm features a zinc island, butcher block counter and natural stone wall. Entertain guests at the artisan crafted pine table while dining next to the antique fireplace. Relax with a hot tub soak, then cap the evening sharing stories under an inky sky gathered round the fire pit with a soothing hot toddy or mug of creamy cocoa.

Willow Oak Cottage (Minutes to PSU!)

This fully renovated cottage offers the comfort of a brand-new home, providing a peaceful and unique retreat. Nestled on two acres of serene land, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. Gather around a cozy campfire in the spacious backyard with family and friends. The cottage is located just 15 minutes from Penn State campus and stadium, the location is both convenient and tranquil. Plus, it's conveniently located right near Way's Fruit Farm, which has some of the best apples around town.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will have a view that shows no neighbors. Close to everything but it might as well be a thousand miles. It started as a place to let the horses catch a breath and a bite of grass and the riders a long gaze of the awesome view. Today our forth generation still enjoys the view from the front porch swing along with a guest list of exceptional size. Please come and enjoy our piece of paradise. State College Sojourn

Just over 1 mile north of campus in a lovely neighborhood! One block from N. Atherton St., and convenient to everything. Walk to dozens of restaurants, hop a bus to campus, or take the bike trail to the stadium, arboretum, & parks. Huge sun room, an ideal entertainment & gathering space! Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley! Rates vary based on demand for prime weekends.

Newly renovated, spacious and cozy house

Enjoy a vacation with your family or friends at our newly renovated cabin. Located in a peaceful, quiet mountain, it is near several state parks and about 20 minutes from PSU. There's a large front porch with nice furniture, a cozy living room, and an upstairs loft to accomodate your needs. You're likely to see some wildlife, like deer and turkeys. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials and bed linens and towels are provided. We're sure you won't regret spending time here.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

Our home is located on a quiet street yet walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Walk down the street to a park with playground or to a Starbucks! All linens provided. Enjoy a free breakfast at home (waffle station with all supplies for you to make). Take CATA (bus) to anywhere in town. 2.5 miles to Penn State.

Basement suite in Happy Valley! Perfect lodging for Penn State events, business trips, graduations and vacations. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, with large living room and separate dinette area. Plenty of parking and no-contact private entrance. Home theater, fireplace, mini-fridge, freezer, toaster and microwave, with a lovely private patio next to a waterfall and fishpond. Suite is ideal for 1-4 guests and a queen airbed is available for 2 additional guests. $10 per guest per night beyond 4.

Bette's Place

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene private 2 bedroom second story apartment with full bath, kitchen and laundry room. Two queen beds and queen pull-out sofa available for sleeping arrangements. The kitchen provides you with with a full-size refrigerator, and basic kitchen amenities. Sunporch with additional seating provides a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the quiet neighborhood and listen to the birds singing. Grill and picnic table provided for outdoor enthusiasts.

Log House On Main

The Log House on Main is known to be one of the oldest homes built in Belleville, Pa. It has been completely restructured and renovated. The log house will give you all the old home cabin feels with all of the modern conveniences. You can enjoy the patio with a view on spring and summer days and the fireplace during the cool fall and winter evenings. The house is located 30 miles from Penn State, 10 miles from Greenwood Furnace and 25 miles from Raystown Lake.
