Downstairs: 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, one small room with a bunk bed. Upstairs: A step ladder leads up to the attic room with one double and two single beds. Downstairs are 2 bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, sink. No Wifi. Garden fully fenced in! / check height if jumpy dogs Direct access to Ringwood Forest.

Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

We do have two lovely little dogs who are very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello when you are coming in or out of The Studio.

Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 3 minutes' drive to the wonderful New Forest. Bring your dog too, there are fields for them to run around in.
