A lovely English-style tavern with live music sits at the end of our quiet street. Killlik Rum distillery is also at the end of the street for food and cocktails. Parking out front on road (cul de sac) Bus stop on corner to access hills towns Belgrave station 10 minutes walk Steps up to the house. Two cats live on property (Buddy & Braveheart) but probably wont impact on guests unless they are cat lovers!

Warringa Cottage Studio

This studio apartment is located at the bottom of the property, and is part of the house. It has private access via quite a number of stairs from an off-street guest parking spot. The studio is conveniently located in The Hills, only 700m from Tecoma train station and a 15 minute walk to Belgrave and Upwey shops. The back yard is a shared space with the home occupants, along with 3 chickens named Poached, Scrambled and Fried, who free range in a fenced off section of the garden during the day.

This cosy self contained apartment is located just 5 minutes by car from the iconic 1000 stairs and just a 15 minute walk to ferntree gully train station. New listing with tv, heating and wifi. On street parking. Please note unfortunately we couldn't get more ceiling clearance when we renovated so if you are over 195cms tall this might not be the ideal place for you. This peaceful studio is 5 mins from Dandenong Ranges National Park and has all you need to make your short stay as comfortable as can be. With simple cooking facilities if you decide you want to stay in , or a plethora of restaurants in the area you will be spoilt for choice. 2 mins walk and you will be amongst towering tree ferns on Griffiths creek or 5 mins drive at a shopping complex in Boronia. The studio attached to the main house has its own private entrance.

Detached 1 bedroom unit (queen bed) with en-suite bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, seperate living and dining rooms. Tea & coffee supplied to get you started. Wifi, TV, DVDs & books. Easy 15 min walk to cafes, shopping centre and trains. Busses are at the end of street. Easy access to the Dandenong Ranges, Puffing Billy, Sherbrooke Forest and much more. The unit is in our back yard with a gate to access the native reserve with several walking tracks.

Vintage Caravan, Rainforest & Lyrebirds

Our 1959 vintage caravan is just 12ft long, best for a couple or two friends. Wake up to the sounds of Lyrebirds, enjoy a private walk in our rainforest gully and stroll around the garden, one of the best private gardens in the Dandenongs. Offering a minimum of one night stay for a quick getaway or to stay longer & enjoy the peace, light the fire pit, which is under cover, ideal if it's raining (made from a beer keg), and roast marshmallows.

Dingleigh of Sassafras - Reader's Cottage

A forest hideaway in the Dandenong Ranges. Nestled between ferns and maples, Dingleigh of Sassafras is one of the original cottages on the property, lovingly restored and updated. Walking proximity to Sassafras, local shops, famous gardens & the national park. Dingleigh and its gardens offer an ideal location for wedding preparations and small wedding ceremonies.
