This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

There is a separate bedroom and bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen connected with the livingroom, equipped with TV and WLAN. Free Parking in the courtyard for 1 car. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, Beauty Centres and dentists within a distance of 600-800m. Vienna is 68km, Lutzmannsburg SPA 32km, Family Park 18km and the Flat Lake 15km. You rent a granny flat suitable for 1 to 6 people as a separate part of a one family house. There's lots of equipment, a quiet surrounding and it is near the city's centre. Garden /terrace can be used (sunbeds, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, swings, horizontal bar,...) The rooms are big and provide plenty of (storage) space. There are 3 queensize-beds: a bed and a sofa bed with toppers for even more comfort in the sleeping room, another sofa bed can be used in the living-room.
