This stay was perfect. So cozy and homey. It had everything we needed and was so clean and smelled good. Just lovely

loved every bit of it! from the comfy bed to the coffee bar and snacks, to the back porch with the amazing hot tub and fireplace. there is so much to see in that area the knotty pine is where we will stay when we come back!

Absolutely loved it! The view was amazing and being able to rent the side by side was awesome! Secluded and beautiful!

Wonderful time in the Hideaway Cabin and we will be coming back! Great hikes in the area, the rain our first night was heavy so it made the waterfalls that much more awe-inspiring! The cabin itself and the surrounding area is such a retreat from our daily grind, it was just what we needed on an anniversary trip. Highly recommend! One nice thing is that the owners just let us be, we stay at lots of Airbnb's where we are bombarded with messages, this was the opposite and appreciated! One other note is to bring a car that can handle rough roads, all-wheel or 4-wheel, especially in the spring after the rains. Also a day trip to Eureka Springs was so great, and a fun little drive north west for some shopping and fun-vibes!

This home is perfect for families traveling with dogs and those with an appreciation for outdoors. My kiddos loved the hot tub and observing the native wildlife (deer, rabbits, squirrels, birds, etc…). The directions differed slightly from the listing (we never saw the stump) but we were still able to find our way. My mother visited us and was able to navigate the road in her car but we ultimately elected to leave it down the hill/across the creek. If we are ever in the area, we would definitely book again. The host was an excellent communicator.

Amazing peaceful getaway. 10/10 will be coming back. It was the best 3 days of thunder and rain we could have hoped for! And our pup Rizzo loved it too. Wade’s the best!

This was a very nice cabin that was appointed with anything we could have needed. All of the pictures and information about the cabin were spot on, there were no surprises and we were definitely delighted to stay here. The DOG (Betty) was amazing and is now probably 2 pounds heavier since our stay. There is so much to see and do in the area, we went Ziplining at BOC, what an adventure, the guides there were fantastic and even drew us maps to mostly unknown waterfalls. We are really jealous of the people that get to live and work in this beautiful place!

This was a "coming home" trip for me, as I'd moved from the area a year before. I was looking for a cabin that allowed me to have my dogs and also had an enclosed deck, where I could allow them to lounge with me without keeping them on a lead. I spent most of my time on the deck enjoying the view and bird watching.The cabin is decorated in black bear cabin theme, just like the cabin I owned in the Ozarks, so I felt right at home. The enclosed deck is off the master bedroom and I awoke the first morning to a beautiful moon hanging over the wonderful view of the mountains. The cabin had everything we needed to feel nice and cozy. The road leads to the boat dock is very busy, so there is a lot of traffic. I don't like a super firm mattress and the beds in the cabin have very hard mattresses. The Wifi is also not very fast and I found myself tethering to my phone most of the time I needed to be online. But my experience was very nice and I would rent the cabin again for any future visits.

We were here for a fishing trip, this place worked out great, had plenty of boat parking for us.

Mountain View is a special town. My family and I visited during the flooding and tornado outbreak. Although we were limited on things we wanted to do due to the storms and flooding, Carey accommodated us and made sure we were comfortable. Both her properties are on beautiful locations. We will be back soon to visit Mountain View. The scenery is beautiful. The people and things to explore are awesome. My family fell in love. Hoping the community is recovering soon from the flooding. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage! The location was peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the quiet surroundings and how close it was to beautiful trails and nature spots. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some time in a serene setting!

This place is so beautiful. I would highly suggest taking the Buffalo River float, some of the most amazing views you’ve ever seen. If you’re looking for an authentic Cajun restaurant there’s none better than Craw Billy’s just north of St. Joe, and if you’re looking for BBQ, Hillbilly Slims in Falling Water. Enjoy!

We booked Last Buck Cabin for a siblings hiking trip. The Cabin had everything we needed and more - and was the perfect setting for our trip. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and our hosts left fresh baked cookies for us on our arrival. This was a repeat trip from a hiking trip 3 siblings and their spouses took 8 years ago, but two of us recently lost our spouses. My sister and I brought some of our husband's ashes to scatter at Lost Valley on this trip. The peaceful atmosphere at Last Buck Cabin was a perfect place to reflect and relax. Thanks to the owners and hosts for everything!

This cabin was in a great location, which for us was close to the Buffalo River and hiking trails. Beautiful inside and out, the cabin was pristine, comfortable and cozy. It was also a quiet place for our family to connect and explore the area. I also fell in love with the neighborhood puppies! At night we ate on the back deck, played games and watched a movie. It was a great way to relax after a day on the river and hiking. Thank you for offering your cabin to us! We will be back!

The Triple D cabin was a great stay near the Buffalo River. We stayed in October but could tell that this place must be loads of fun in the summer. The cabin is on a complex of sorts, there are some other cabins, a restaurant, an antique store and there are a lot of projects going on to make this place a destination. The owner was nice and responsive and the staff at the cabins were nice as well. The restaurant Craw Billy's was great and is located about 75 feet from the front door of the cabin! The interior and exterior of the cabin have some much fresh wood, so much attention to detail it was super neat to stay in and really gave those true cabin vibes. Only feedback for host is I wish the TV was smart and bigger but besides that place was great. Thanks!

Great little get away! Beautiful place that had the best porch for morning coffee! The grounds were beautiful and had a great fire pit! Linda had left wood and some fire starter so that was wonderful! The best surprise was the donkey that would greet us at his pen every time we pulled up! Perfect location for a great homebase to go and explore the buffalo!

I had a wonderful stay. Barbara was excellent with communication and the space was comfortable and clean. I would happily stay here again!

My husband and his friends had the best time at this cabin. Although the rain kept them inside the first 2 days, they were lucky to be in such a nice and cozy cabin. The scenery was beautiful and the cabin was very well kept. Our host gave very clear instructions on the check in/out process. He also gave great places for fishing. We definitely would recommend this place and hope to visit again someday,

What a beautiful, peaceful place! It’s amazing what Scott and Roni have done with their land. They have created such an inspiring little safe haven, nestled in the beautiful Ozarks. I could have stayed forever in this cabin. It had everything we needed to feel right at home yet “away from it all” at the same time. To top it off, they are the loveliest people who made us feel so welcome. Five star stay, for sure!

The cabin was beautiful, clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the views of the river, surrounding countryside and the stars at night were breathtaking! Upon booking, I was under the impression that the cabin was very isolated. However there were residences on either side within a few feet. Apart from that, we have a relaxing, peaceful Thanksgiving, which was exactly what we wanted.

Are you going back and forth about staying here? If you are, let me help you... BOOK IT! This was a great experience from the moment we checked in to the moment when we checked out. Michelle went above and beyond to make sure me, my husband, and our two dogs were comfortable throughout our stay. The house has a beautiful view, and anything you think you might need (or accidentally forgot at home!) is most likely already on-site for you to use. This location is secluded enough to feel away from the hustle and bustle of life, but also within a reasonable driving distance of many things to do/see/explore. Michelle left us a great list of recommendations in the area. We highly recommend visiting the Indian Rockhouse Trial and the ghost town of Rush. Overall, an amazing stay and a great host. We will be back!
