This beautiful studio room is detached from the main house. It has a private entrance which is lit at night with sensor lights. It has a bathroom, lounge area and courtyard area that the sliders open up to. It has mini cooking facilities with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach, Henley Square which is abundant with restaurants and a hotel all overlooking the beautiful Henley Beach. Many buses to the city and from the city the bus drops across the road.

Light, bright space with comfy outdoor areas and huge shared garden with fruit trees perfect to relax in. 5km to the City Centre, which is easily accessible by bus, just 2 streets away. Very close to North Adelaide and even closer to the infamous Queen Street strip, full of funky, retro cafes and breakfast spots. Owner lives on site in a separate home, relaxed and happy to assist with planning a great visit to Adelaide :)
