The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. It has every home comfort, 55" OLED TV incl. full cable & streaming TV. Free off street parking. Own front door. Very fast (secure) Wi-Fi.

Mill Cottage

My place is close to the high street of Steyning which is a quaint and historical town located on the edge of the south downs national park. It has an array of interesting independant shops catering for all tastes , it is on a direct bus link to Brighton and the south coast as well as walking distance to the countryside. The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business people and furry friends ( pets ) . It is small but perfectly formed but beware of the low ceilings and doorways.

A beautifully tasteful stable conversion within the gardens of Walnut Tree Cottage - a 15th century Tudor thatched cottage. Finished to the highest standards to provide light, airy and spacious accommodation. Located within the South Downs National Park - close to Arundel, Worthing, Findon, Goodwood. An ideal base for sightseeing, cycling & walking. Secure locked bicycle shed and bike wash down area. Private decked area with table and chairs for relaxing with a drink at the end of the day.

Moo Moo Farms Barn offers the perfect weekend getaway. It is situated on the South Downs Way (National Park and Area of Outstanding Beauty) We are right on the SDW path! Perfect for Walkers and cyclists. Amazing views Our Barn is perfect for couples, friends, wedding guests, solo adventurers, and friendly dogs. It is not suitable for young children. This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. Located on a quiet country lane offering a rural and tranquil setting within a 5 min walking distance to the beautiful historic market town of Steyning with its many shops, restaurants, pubs and regular farmers markets. The White House enjoys a lovely private garden with far reaching views, a courtyard and bbq and seating area.
