A unique space in a tranquil, lush courtyard setting less than 10 minutes walk from the underground/mainline station, from where a 5 minute train ride into Central London. Come and recharge in beautiful green Clapton where you can walk to shops and restaurants. My garden apartment full of art and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a couple to relax cook and read. The bedroom is completely mirrored and has a XXL mattress. The dining space opens to the private back garden with space to eat. The bathroom has a deep Japanese cube shaped bath that fits two people. There’s a projector and screen for films. The bathroom dining room and kitchen have heated floors

Stylish Islington two-bed maisonette

This beautiful apartment is right by the tube and bus stops. It has a garden, two beds and two bathrooms. It's a really charming conversion and it's full of antiques and things from my travels. There is lots of space to eat, rest and enjoy. We used to keep our cat on the property when we were also living there, so some of the reviews mention Ish our cat but she is no longer there. We now live most of the time in Portugal so we are renting out the whole apartment rather than just a room.

A very bright and spacious contemporary garden flat. Three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, huge open plan living area. Stylish with very modern upto date fittings including under floor heating, Home Cinema, multi room audio. Little Venice in Central London is a hidden gem famed for its canals and attractive, stucco-fronted houses. Just a 6 minute walk to Paddington Station , 12 minute walk to Hyde Park, 25 minute walk to Marble Arch. With three metro stations all within a 5 minute walk.

Contemporary Open Plan in Trendy Notting Hill

This property has just been refurbished in a cool and modern style with designer furniture and luxury bed linen. This is the perfect place to stay and live like a Notting Hill local. Located a couple of minutes from the trendy Westbourne Grove you will be perfectly placed to access all the great restaurants and cafes (I will have a list of all the best ones for you). Portobello Road is also only a few minutes walk where on Friday & Saturday has the famous market.

Peaceful ground floor garden flat in Highgate

A pretty, quiet and spacious ground floor double bedroom, two bathroom south facing garden flat. The bifold doors in the lounge open up on warm days to the terrace & the bedroom back door opens onto the garden. The garden lights strung up around the garden perimeter create a magical feel. The gas log fire gives an added warmth and glow in the cooler months. Please note the communal area have just been painted & will be getting new carpet.

Green and friendly 2 bed apartment

We are letting our lovely historic Victorian home. It is in the sweet spot between the famous clubs and bars of Dalston and the lovely old houses, nice restaurants and farmers markets of Stoke Newington, with an abundance of music venues, yoga studios and artisan bakeries right at your doorstep. When visiting central London, you will find yourself having multiple train stations and bus routes to choose from within walking distance.

Beautiful 2 bedroom Garden flat, Highbury N16

An incredibly beautiful ground floor 2 bedroom apartment, with an abundance of natural light. The spacious living room, featuring 2 large sofas and a beautiful dining area, opens out on to a private patio and garden. A short walk from trendy Newington Green, with lots of wonderful independent cafes, restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores to choose from as well as great transport links for getting all around the city!
