Was a very nice appartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Great was the possibility to wash our clothes. The neighborhood is great and we did all by foot. Also if the weather fits the garden is a big bonus. 👍🏻

The place was great and the host was great as well. I would recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars!

Joseph was a great host. He was easy to reach and responded quickly. The Airbnb was in great shape and easy to access. Highly recommend Joseph as a host.

Stayed here for a week. Easy to find and easy to get into the city via bus or bike. The only issue I had was having to search for parking every night. The parking area is only for residents. Road parking looked a little unsafe and some nights you’ll need to drive around to find a spot.

Binosh was very responsive and nice. The apartment itself was nice and looked like the pictures. Overall great stay!!!

Place is just like the pictures. There appears to be a 24 hour doorman that lets you in the building. The Broad st. Line is nearby and there are some restaurants and bars in walking distance. We came for an event at the Wells Fargo Center so we didn’t do the normal tourist thing.

Pictures don’t do it justice, the space was even nicer in person. Very clean and a great location. Would stay again.

I loved my stay here. It was so peaceful and quiet. I will definitely be back soon. The bed was so comfortable the kitchen so cozy.

Fijne locatie waarbij je op loopafstand van het centrum bent. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een prachtig dakterras met een heel mooi uitzicht.

I loved the house. we came in from Pittsburgh for a concert and stayed at this one of a kind gem. I like how there's so much to do around and the home felt exclusive. Be prepared to do some climbing up and down the stairs. overall a great place. The art outside was a plus. 10 out of 10

Five stars! Our family had a wonderful stay at Evelyn’s house. Everything was very clean and true to the pictures. The house is in a great area with a very walkable neighborhood and a short drive away from everything else needed. Evelyn was very responsive and extremely friendly. Would stay again when we’re back in the area!

Irina's place was lovely, quiet, and clean. New appliances. New refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. Modern heating, A/C. Restaurants within .5 to 5 min walk. She responded within minutes. Would stay again!!

We had a great 2-night stay for a quick family trip to Philadelphia with a 4 year old and 8 month old. The apartment was exactly as described with several thoughtful extras and in a great location for walking to the historic areas of the city. There was some road noise in the back bedroom (and you could hear the kids upstairs running around) but we quickly got used to it and it didn’t wake up the baby - so not a big deal. We only had one question (about parking) and Gabriel quickly responded, and it turned out that the info we needed had already been provided along with any other info we might have required. The place was family friendly as described and the only thing our 4 year old asked for that wasn’t there already was a stool to stand on in the bathroom :) Overall we had a very good stay and wished that we could’ve stayed longer.

Great stay at Hala's. The place was clean, spacious, and airy, and we felt right at home. Nice suburban location,, quick to the city and surrounding suburbs.

I love the aesthetics throughout the property. I was already familiar with the area and it was conveniently close to everything that I needed to do. I really enjoyed the kitchen set up and the yard. The beds were super comfy. It took me a little minute to figure out how to work one of the showers however, it was definitely amazing. A friend of mine recommended this location to me (they should offer her a discount lol) and I would definitely stay again.

Great location with coffee shops, restaurants and stores nearby. Plenty of street parking and easy access to other neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Kristen is a great host and responded to questions right away. My husband and I were in Philadelphia for my son’s birthday, would stay at Kristen’s place on a future visit.

Danni was very responsive. Amenities were as listed. House was comfortable.
