Cranberry Cabin

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic cozy cabin on the top of the mountain. A basecamp ready for your Palomar adventures. This is a tiny home, 19' x 11' (the bedroom is 11x11ft). Max sleeping capacity: 2 adults and one child under age 5. No AC. Valley views are from guest accessible property, not directly from the cabin porch. Max 2 dogs stay free - disclose bringing them. $100 cat cleaning fee on top of our $50 cleaning fee, and we will charge $200 if you fail to disclose your cat(s).

Welcome to The Borrego House, a unique time capsule tucked away in the vast desert. Here, you will feel light years away from the noise of the city, be dazzled by star-filled night skies, and treated to countless outdoor activities. The property is walking distance to Galleta Meadows, and surrounded by Borrego State Park. For homebodies and remote workers the property offers expansive views, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit & bbq grill, wood-fired tub, screened in porch, and Starlink internet.

The Wood Pile Inn getaway

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This historic cabin built in 1920 was recently refurbished to its old charm with some modern upgrades for your comfort. The original owner of the Cabin was an author named Catherine Woods. She wrote the very first book on the history of Palomar Mountain; Teepee to Telescope. You'll find a copy in the cabin for a good read.Lots of natural light make this little cabin feel spacious, the windows throughout the cabin offer a beautiful forest view.

The Rambler is tucked amidst boulder strewn hills in the high desert with sweeping views of the hills and mountains beyond. With 12’ ceilings and thoughtful layout, this tiny home provides 2 sleeping areas (queen/twin), open concept living+kitchen, bathroom w/composting toilet, and a 10’ counter perfectly positioned to enjoy the peaceful scenery. Cedar Crest

Cedar Crest is a nicely remodeled cabin while keeping its original charm. It is easy access. A few steps lead you to the deck in the middle of the trees... This cabin can sleep 2 people in a king bed and if you would like to bring your kids, the master bedroom has a full size futon. (Kids sleep free) For pet owner, the east side of the cabin has a fenced-in space. We recommend you do not let them be there unsupervised as a motivated mountain lion could jump the fence and arm your pet.

Cactus & Stars-Stars: Desert Modern, Walk to Town

Cactus and Stars is a desert modern duplex close to town. The Property has great views of the mountains and stars, as well as a fun and relaxing yard. The residential neighborhood is one block from Christmas Circle and the restaurants and shops along Palm Canyon Rd, and is proximate to the new library and other services. A great base to explore sites such as Salvation Mountain, East Jesus, Slab City, Box Canyon hikes, Joshua Tree NP and Imperial Sand Dunes.
