Foligno : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni molto piacevoli nell’ alloggio di Felicita, e abbiamo apprezzato la sua simpatia, cordialità e gentilezza, ci ha fatto trovare tutto quello che serviva per la prima colazione caffè, latte, marmellata, fette biscottate ecc.. L’appartamento giusto per due persone era pulito e ordinato e si trova in un’ottima posizione. Consiglio a chi vuole visitare Spoleto e dintorni dí soggiornare da Felicita, noi abbiamo avuto un’esperienza molto positiva.

Casa comoda ( anche come posizione!) e completa di tutto.Alessandra ci ha dato anche un sacco di spunti su cosa visitare tant'è che ascoltandola abbiamo aggiustato i nostri piani. un dettaglio in più: bellissimi libri illustrati a disposizione per i bambini e un set di detersivi e alimenti a disposizione che fa sentire "curati" . complimenti!

We loved staying at Mauro's! It was just outside of the city center, very walkable, great views from the building, great restaurant down on the street (osteria gufo). Mauro met us at the rental and walked us up. He left a bottle of wine, water, breakfast items, coffee. Super thoughtful! He has WiFi available and a binder with helpful Italian phrases, local sites with a map, restaurant recommendations, things we didn't even realize we needed, he had thought ahead! The shower is slightly awkward due to size and layout, but the stay was amazing and I would book with him again!

So good place to relax in quite and beautiful place. Location and views are amazing. You can reach nice place by car pretty easy. Hosts are very hospital and friendly.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay in the most beautiful weather in this large comfortable apartment. Walking distance to everything in the perfect Piazza. Our host was extremely responsive prior to our trip and all during. Made check in and check out easy and very flexible. Absolutely spotlessly clean traditional apartment with everything you could need. Highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Spello. Grazie Ferruccio!!

We had a great time at Giulana’s place. Perfect location in the very center of the city. Very comfortable place, very well equipped, lot of space for everyone. The host is very collaborative for any need. Everything in the house worked well: heating, hot water, chicken, bathroom. Very recommended! The only issue is the parking if you have a car. Since the apartment is in the center of the old city you have to walk down for the parking and in the morning the center is closed for non residents cars.

Abbiamo alloggiato per qualche giorno a Casa Lieta e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento pulito e molto confortevole. È situato in una zona vicina alle attrazioni principali. Il proprietario disponibile e molto gentile. Lo consiglieremo sicuramente.

Marco e Chiara sono padroni di casa ineccepibili. Simpatici, sempre pronti nelle risposte, disponibili e pieni di ottime indicazioni e consigli sui dintorni (ristoranti, escursioni, shopping di prodotti tipici…) . Casa Azul è una casa davvero bella e particolare. Non solo concepita per alloggiarci ma per essere vissuta proprio come casa tua. Completa di tutto ed in una posizione ideale per raggiungere tutte le classiche mete umbre. Vi abbiamo alloggiato molto comodamente in 6 oltre ad una cagnolina, nei confronti della quale i proprietari di casa sono stati molto accoglienti. Se tornerò in zona cercherò di ripetere l’esperienza di Casa Azul!

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

We had a wonderful stay. Silvia was very responsive, and she even brought us pizza upon our late arrival! The grounds are gorgeous and the views were incredible. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Highly recommended.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

L’alloggio di Rossella è confortevole, ampio, ben strutturato e con tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo, le camere sono molto ampie, un bel giardino molto curato, così come il caminetto e il barbecue. Sicuramente non possiamo che consigliare l’alloggio di Rossella.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house. The design is thoughtful and stylish, the view is breathtaking, and the library is a real gem. Such a peaceful and inspiring space. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The co-host who welcomed us was incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Una piacevole sorpresa! Con mio marito veniamo spesso qui ad Assisi e per la prima volta abbiamo alloggiato nella casa di Stefania. La casa è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio ed è fornita di tutto l’occorrente necessario! la pulizia è impeccabile. La casa è situata in un posto strategico, infatti sotto casa ci sono bar, ristoranti e negozi, ma la cosa più importante è che a 100 metri si trova la basilica di santa Maria degli Angeli. Stefania e suo marito sono persone cordiali e disponibili, e sopratutto vengono incontro a qualsiasi esigenza. Sicuramente per le prossime volte, diventerà il nostro punto di riferimento!

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

L'appartamento è meraviglioso e dotato di tutto. Si trova in una zona tranquilla che permette di raggiungere in auto in pochi minuti sia Perugia che Assisi. Veramente perfetto!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Diego a Pasqua 2025. Eravamo 4 adulti ed un bambino. L'appartamento era comodo, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione ed alle foto. La zona in cui si trova la casa è molto tranquilla e non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio per l'auto. Diego, pur non avendolo conosciuto di persona, si è dimostrato un host amichevole e sempre pronto a dare consigli ed indicazioni tramite chat. Esperienza ottima. Consigliatissimo

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Lovely new apartment that was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Great quiet location that was ideal for day trips around the region. Apartment was just as pictured and kitchen was well appointed. Laundry area in basement was exclusive to the unit and had full size washer and dryer. Daniele was a great host and we wouldn’t hesitate staying there again if we were in the area.
