Located in the heart of Sandgate, just 2 minutes from the beach, this is a perfect retreat with front and back entrances, a private gated patio garden at the front, and off-road parking for a medium-sized car to the rear. 1 small-breed dog (max 10kg) allowed with prior notice. No puppies under 12 months old. Fees apply. No other type of pets/animals accepted.

The Loft at Dungeness Kent

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 1st floor flat. The Loft has access via a steep stair case with a private entrance & a designated parking bay. The Loft is close to Britians oldest RSPB reserve, a short walk to the sea & to Dungeness famous pub "The Pilot" serving fish & chips with a bar. Also a short walk to the RNLI Dungeness Lifeboat & a 20minute walk to the lighthouse and the RHDR narrow gauge railway station. This is a no smoking or vaping flat & no pets.

The Den

Great ground floor studio in the West End of Folkestone. A couple of minutes walk to "The Leas" and a serious flight of steps to the beach. "The Den" has everything you need for a private getaway. Unfortunately the council have now restricted on road parking to residents permits only 😩, and I’m unable to get visitors parking permits as I’m not a resident there. Please note we have booked to put new flooring in the room and the bathroom on the 18th September.

Our top floor apartment is situated right on the seafront. Triple windows offer uninterrupted views of the sea. Take a stroll along Hythe's beautiful beach, or a short wander to the High Street and soak up the cafe culture. Relax in the lounge and take in the sea views or prepare a delicious meal in the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The much-loved farmhouse table comfortably sits 6. Fast wifi and virgin TV, a large collection of DVD titles.

The Turret- the best view in Folkestone

The Turret is a completely unique, unusual, quirky, self-contained Grade II listed apartment, at the top of The Priory, in the oldest part of Folkestone accessed by a private period internal spiral staircase leading up into a lead lighted atrium which overlooks the historic church of St.Mary and St.Eanswythe; beautifully furnished open plan living/dining area with stunning 180 degree views over Folkestone and the English Channel.

Once you walk into the apartment no small detail has been forgotten from a comfy king size bed with 100% linen bedding and a fully equipped kitchen.
