Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Peaceful location with great walks along the coast. Self contained studio with private entrance, drive and garden. Close to Canterbury, Deal and Dover to visit and explore their historic attractions. Easy access to ferry crossing and Le Shuttle for France and high speed rail to London in approximately 1 hour. Walking distance to picturesque village of St. Margaret’s at Cliffe in an AONB. It has two local pubs serving food with a convenience store and post office.

Victorian apartment with a beautiful sea view towards the famed Turner Contemporary. Look out to sea through the porthole window as you start the day with a coffee from the Nespresso machine. Then head out on a short walk round the bay into the vibrant Old Town to explore the antique shops, galleries and cafés. Invite friends over for dinner to watch the sun go down and end the day with a relaxing soak in the bath before climbing into bed to sleep on crisp white sheets.

The Turret- the best view in Folkestone

The Turret is a completely unique, unusual, quirky, self-contained Grade II listed apartment, at the top of The Priory, in the oldest part of Folkestone accessed by a private period internal spiral staircase leading up into a lead lighted atrium which overlooks the historic church of St.Mary and St.Eanswythe; beautifully furnished open plan living/dining area with stunning 180 degree views over Folkestone and the English Channel.

Sunset Sea View Writer’s Retreat

Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat is not suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor.

Flat in Kingsnorth Gardens

Bright, modern 1920’s flat conversion newly renovated with with free parking nearby. Gorgeous stained glass window in the private hallway, two king size bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, open-plan kitchen living room. Washing machine and drying racks. Right next to idilc ornamental public gardens, 4 minute walk to Folkestone central station and 20 minute walk to mermaid beach.

The Den

Great ground floor studio in the West End of Folkestone. A couple of minutes walk to "The Leas" and a serious flight of steps to the beach. "The Den" has everything you need for a private getaway. Unfortunately the council have now restricted on road parking to residents permits only 😩, and I’m unable to get visitors permits as I’m not a resident there.

The View Sandgate Beach

This is a home from home but with a hotel feel experience, with exquisite views of the ocean out of the windows, its a really special place for a couple of nights or more away from home taking in the sea views. Once you walk into the apartment no small detail has been forgotten from a comfy king size bed with 100% linen bedding and a fully equipped kitchen.

Folkestone harbour view stays

Large modernised split level apartment / stairs lead into the property from the pedestrian street entrance . In the heart of the Creative quarter / Restaurants / Bars / Art gallery's on the doorstep. Minutes from the Harbour and Sunny sands beach . From the top floor you have a view across the harbour to France .
