A tranquil spot. Located beside 3.5-acre Lake Tranquility (private) with a deck overlooking a horse pasture, and swans ... a great place for a peaceful getaway. Upstairs from the family room is a loft with twin beds and small office. Electric heating and air-conditioning make it very cozy. A queen-sized bedroom on the first-floor, the kitchen, the bathroom with shower, and a personal laundry room make it nice for a multi-night stay. The living area is directly above horse stalls in the basement.

Studio is furnished with full bed, pull out futon, air conditioner, refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, & keurig + coffee pot. TV has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Cable. Other apps available to login. Approx 650 sq ft. Private parking and entrance. Fire pit available as well for use in the fall and summer upon request. No pets. No laundry hookup, but laundromat close by.

Northview Down Under is a ground level 2 bedroom private access apartment in the heart of Zelienople. Wonderfully equipped two bedroom, comfortable living room with full size pull-out couch, step in spacious shower, private entrance with private driveway and parking for 3 vehicles.
