The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. Our home is only steps away from Mandeville's Beautiful Lakefront for your enjoyment. Walking distance to great restaurants, pubs, gift shops and churches. There is a city boat launch across the street. Bike path a few blocks away which runs from Covington to Slidell. The home has an incredible porch where a nice breeze blows from the lake. Wonderful place to stay!

The house has boat access to a waterway that leads to the tchefuncte river, which is great for watersports. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
