Located on an acre and a half, the grounds are landscaped in native plants and towering pines and oaks. A primary feature of the house is its wraparound screen porch where guests can gather for meals and to listen to the birds. Built of barge board, the cottage has been renovated with modern amenities but maintains its historic character and charm.

The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

Our home is only steps away from Mandeville's Beautiful Lakefront for your enjoyment. Walking distance to great restaurants, pubs, gift shops and churches. There is a city boat launch across the street. Bike path a few blocks away which runs from Covington to Slidell. The home has an incredible porch where a nice breeze blows from the lake. Wonderful place to stay!

Relax and enjoy the Owls Nest. Less then a mile from the lake, enjoy the restaurants, tail head, and all that Old Mandeville has to offer. Windows on all sides create a warm and comfortable feel. Enjoy the King Bed and newly remodeled Gourmet kitchen. Must be able to climb stairs. The space doesn't share any walls and has its own private entrance.

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The outdoor space is great for a variety of activities such as barbecuing, campfires, and crawfish boils. The house has boat access to a waterway that leads to the tchefuncte river, which is great for watersports. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
