The Grainery with Hot Tub

Welcome to the Grainery! This is a uniquely built grain bin for four, tucked in the edge of the forest in the Ozark Hills. Bring along your smores and enjoy roasting them over a beautiful wood fire and count the stars as you relax in a soothing spa. Need more space, bring an RV with full hook up available for an extra $50 a night. We hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in God’s creation. If The Grainery is not available check out our neighboring Airbnb called The Silo Suite & Jacuzzi.

Two Rivers Guest House (no cleaning fee)

Please read thoroughly: Bike to Two Rivers Mountain Bike Park for a morning ride or relax in a comfortable space after a late evening at Greenhouse Two Rivers. Our place is perfectly situated between the two! This newly constructed private retreat space is conveniently located between between Springfield and Branson. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck overlooking the woods, book a blacksmithing or enameling class with us, or use our place as a base while you explore Springfield or Branson.

Rustic home w/hot tub on peaceful goat farm

Come enjoy a peaceful stay in our unique country home, located on our goat cheese dairy in the Missouri Ozarks. Visit with the goats, soak in the hot tub, walk down by the creek, sip your coffee on the gazebo by the pond or the deck, stream a movie on WIFI, get some work done in a calm environment, do it all, or just get a good night's sleep! Our 45 acre farm is only 3 miles from Fordland and 25 miles from Springfield, MO. There are many hiking trails, creeks, rivers and lakes in the area.

Cozy Country Studio

Enjoy a countryside retreat! Our family-friendly studio apartment is quiet and cozy, with no one but birds and cows as your neighbors (and us! We live in the main house.) Our studio is the perfect getaway or stop along your travels. Full bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and wi-fi. Enjoy our 1/2 mile nature trail, woodland picnic area with fire pit, & playground! Accommodates up to 3 adults + a baby, 2 adults + 2 children, or 1 adult + 3 children. Cannot house 4 adults. (See bed arrangements!)

Up to- date Wifi, TV, AC, bluetooth and ceiling fans. Leather couches, a cedar bar and a slate tile bathroom with LED color changing lights and a tile shower.

Panther Creek Guesthouse

Small farmhouse, private fenced and gated yard, on a tiny farm on a gravel road. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), turkeys, a goose, and a couple of LGDs. Horses live across the road and around the curve and up the hill. Eggs and some other basic food items included! Less than 5 miles off Hwy 60 north of Fordland Café, Dollar General, gas in Fordland Springfield 24 Branson 55 7.5 miles from I-44 @ Northview

Maggie's Modern MEGA YURT (30ft)

30 ft YURT with a loft and all the luxuries of a home (including HEAT and AIR)! This unique space is situated on our 50 acre farm with miles of trails and plenty of privacy. This is not your ordinary tent! This is glamping at its best with a full kitchen, regular plumbing, climate control and all the comforts of home. Keep in mind, we list this as 2 bedrooms but the 2nd bedroom is a open loft area and not private. You will love your stay in Maggie's MEGA Yurt!

A Relaxing Country Retreat at Hope Springs Farm

We treat guests to a wonderful, relaxing stay in the country at Hope Springs Farm. With 175 acres to explore, gorgeous views, the sounds of nature, and many local attractions to visit, you will love our quiet country cottage. We also offer additional activities on our farms, including UTV tours, game bird hunts, and other types of small game guided hunts on 600+ acres. We love giving our guests a unique farm experience at Hope Springs and Fly-Over Valley!

River Cabin/UTV/Trails/Kayaks/HotTub/OutD Shower

The James River Cabin is a luxurious secluded cabin nestled among the trees on 90 acres of river front property. It is just 10 short miles from Springfield, MO (Buc-ee’s and Bass Pro) less than an hour from Branson, MO. On-site activities are numerous and include bicycling, trail hiking, utv trail riding, kayaking, fishing, hot tubbing, and swimming in your own personal paradise. The river access is a short but fun two minute utv drive from the cabin.

Cozy, Modern Apartment

We created this space for our overnight guests for an enjoyable and comfortable stay, along with personal touches and amenities. Centrally located to many area attractions: SMORR, Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum, Bass Pro Shops, Branson, etc. There is parking for a trailer if you are visiting SMORR. Apartment is adjoining a building used for storing trailers and supplies for our family business. We may be accessing that weekday mornings and evenings.

The Dickey House, Garden Suite

A beautiful suite on a Victorian estate, conveniently in the middle of town. Spacious room includes a king size bed, 2 person jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Romantic getaway or a relaxing stop on your journey. Walking distance to two local restaurants, shopping and The Missouri Walk of Fame. Walk the gardens, relax in the pavilion and enjoy your stay! NO SMOKING, NO PETS

Escape the hustle and bustle and retreat to our cozy treehouse nestled in the Ozark wilderness. Our one-of-a-kind cabin features 4 decks, 2 electric fire places, 1 wood stove, spiral staircase, indoor rock waterfall and hidden reading/painting nook. Enjoy the outdoors while relaxing in the hot tub taking in the serene view. Within 30 minutes of dining, bars, entertainment, Table Rock Lake, amusement parks and more!
