The gardens wrap around the bungalow with hedging and fencing on all sides. The bungalow has been recently redecorated throughout and has a new electric central heating system, new kitchen with some new appliances. Off road parking for 3 cars. 1 dog accepted. Location is idea to enjoy walks and cycle within the New Forest and walks along the Avon Valley path.

If you are looking for a romantic escape in the New Forest, just a short walk from the pub and open forest, then look no further. Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, the Goat Shed is the stylishly renovated ground floor of a 19th century barn, with a kingsize four poster bed, claw foot bath and woodburning stove. Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

Forest Ponies, Deer and wildlife will pass by as you relax in the large fenced garden. The cabin has direct access on to the New Forest allowing you to explore, walk, cycle or horse ride. Based on the border of the New Forest the cabin is easily accessible from the A31. Close to Bournemouth beaches, the Jurassic Coast or Peppa Pig World for day trips.

Our barn is unique, rustic and quirky, being made from recycled materials, resulting in a homely atmosphere. We’re at the western side of the National Park. Access to/from London is very good. Our market town (Ringwood) is nearby, as are beaches, the Purbecks, the Jurassic Coast, and local tourist attractions. The barn is secluded and suitable for couples, families, older folk and business people. We also accept dogs, provided owners accept and adhere to our pet rules.

Cosy accommodation on the Avon Valley Footpath

On the edge of the New Forest, set along the Avon Valley Footpath and across the road from the Avon River, we are ideally located for walking, cycling or bird watching in the beautiful Blashford Lakes. A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a short 5 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a slightly longer walk (during the day as no street lighting) around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm).

A Hidden Gem - Tranquil Barn in the New Forest

The Barn is a delightful studio barn conversion, situated next to our family home in the beautiful village of Burley, New Forest. The Barn features an open plan living, kitchen and sleeping area with a log burning stove, with its own private entrance and small outside area with space for a BBQ. It is a truly fantastic base for you to enjoy what the national park has to offer; including walking, bike riding, horse riding, or exploring the beaches of the south coast.
