Great location! Keep it simple in our clean and centrally located space. Awesome spot for couples or singles to adventure in Fort Collins. This property is attached to another space used as an Airbnb. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am. The space does not share any walls but a door off the kitchen area, which has a partition and remains locked. You will not have any interactions with other guests, but possibly in the parking lot.

My property is in Old Town Fort Collins. It is close to Downtown, City Park, Colorado State University, and Horsetooth Reservoir. You’ll love my place because it is a fully renovated home that combines Old Town style and New Town comfort.
