Gorgeous , sunny one bedroom in my home. My home is a beautiful historic brownstone. Newly renovated throughout. It's located in one of the most desired, hip areas in Brooklyn with great restaurants and nightlife nearby. Close to all transportation, the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park. A very safe neighborhood for walks. You can ride the train directly from Penn Station or JFK to the apartment. We have an apartment wide Next Generation HEPA Filtration System to protect against viruses.

Our apartment is on the third floor & is full of big bright paintings by J R Hewitt. The bedroom overlooks the backyard & is very quiet.
