Welcome to "Cottage in the Pines", with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, this is the perfect place for a well-deserved getaway. Enjoy an early morning breakfast on the screened-in deck and spend a relaxing evening outside by the firepit. This single level home will sleep up to 6 and is updated with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage is centrally located in beautiful Hot Springs Village. Lakes, golf courses, walking trails and scenic views offer something for everyone.

Home on the Range apartment is on the Magellan Golf Course with gorgeous views of fairways and Lake Balboa Beach and Marina only a mile away. Serene, clean and comfortable, the apartment on the side of our home offers privacy and keyless entry. Enjoy a great location, full size kitchen and bath, King hybrid memory foam mattress, WiFi, 55” Smart TV, work space, Netflix, YouTube TV, comfy sofa, Keurig, coffee, teas & more! Furbabies are welcome with an $89 non-refundable fee. Parking for 1 car.

Relax on top of the mountain in a cozy setting with amazing views of the mountain scape and valley views of the city. Enjoy the unique Moroccan vibes in this all open spacious cabin. The decor makes it a one of a kind setting. You’ll want to come back yr after yr to experience a new theme. It has a cute little bathroom with a shower and a darling kitchenette. Plenty of room for roll away bed or two! A sitting area for working or getting ready for that special day, party or girls night out.

It has a full luxury kitchen, LG frontload w/d, king beds, original art, estate furniture, and amenities. This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

Whether you’re here with your special someone or just here by yourself to relax and recharge we welcome all our guest to explore the area and take advantage of all the amenities offered.

The Little House

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

This charming 1904 Victorian is located in the historic district of Hot Springs, minutes from Bathhouse Row, restaurants, bars, spas, Magic Springs, Oaklawn, hiking/biking trails, go-karting. Huge rooms, chandeliers, high ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, covered porch, rocking chairs and fire pit -- all on an acre of oak trees in a fenced yard, right in town! Luxurious Private Suite - Lower Level Walk Out

Welcome to your breezy mountain top luxury suite. Winter is HERE! This is a completely private downstairs suite with separate entrance and driveway. Nestled in a peaceful, wooded neighborhood at 1,150 ft elevation you'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay in beautiful Hot Springs Village. Perfect for a short term visit and fully equipped for a longer stay- enjoy a full kitchen, washer/ dryer, fire pit, outdoor dining & a private driveway that leads straight to your door.

Sunny Oaks Studio Apt.

Sunny Oaks is a fully furnished, artist inspired studio apartment with queen bed. It is located on the walkout level of my hillside guest house. It has an efficiency kitchen, 3/4 bath and private outside entrance, with a covered deck. A small electric fireplace with heater provides warm ambiance. This studio is perfect for a single traveler, Village visitor or remote worker. You will find it a cozy place to retreat from hectic life in the city. Age to book 25.

The Cabin -Unit C @ Ravine Retreat-Walk to trails!

500 square foot Cabin, that feels secluded but is in an old neighborhood right off the main road that takes you downtown & shares the property with a separate rentable house and apartment (100 feet from the Cabin). Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.

Lakefront get away, Golf, Swim, Hike, Fish

Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.

Entire King Suite • Private Lake Balboa Guesthouse

The guest house is separate from the main house and has it’s own parking and access. Keyless entry means no lost keys (code provided prior to arrival). Guests are welcome to use the dock for swimming, relaxing, or fishing. A covered patio with gas grill is also available to guests. NOTE FOR FEBRUARY 2026: our lake has been temporarily lowered so swimming, kayaking, fishing will not be available from our dock.
