Bedroom is 2 steps from front door. 😊 Large home with lots of windows and a happy vibe. You will feel comfortable. Mini Fridge in room. The dog in the photo does not live here, but there is a couple of outside/ inside cats. Very quiet neighborhood. There are 2 Private heated pools to enjoy. You can check in as late as you like. Wonderful park to walk, 1 minute away. We are 1 mile from Old Town Tustin, which is a wonderful are to walk, shop, dine & the greatest French Bakery in California!

Conveniently 5-10 Min walk to Pacific City Shopping Center, Pacific Coast Highway, on the sand, Downtown Main Street and Huntington Beach Pier. It has private entrance with front door and back door ( little backyard , open space, share walk way in the back with neighbor). It is a small studio, remodel as our best, total appr 280 sqft .

My home is located in a calm & safe neighborhood of Costa Mesa, a short 8 minute drive to the beach (2.3 miles). The house is a cozy (1,100 sqft) 3 bedroom rancho, built in the early 50's & nestled between 2 large front and back yards in which we have some wildlife. I cater mainly to single guests even though I accept 2 with an extra charge. You will share the house with me alone. Parking is always available right in front of the house. See you then!

Casita: Private, Deck/Garden, 8 Min. to Beach!

We support BLM & the LGBTQ+ Community Our Casita is a PRIVATE space w/ an outdoor deck/yard, complete with an old ash tree for shade, comfy chaise lounges, a table/chairs and wood-burning chiminea. Its yard is separated from our yard by a 4-ft. fence, and feels very private. We have two dogs on our property, but they don’t have access to the guest space. :)
