The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. From a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea to Smart TVs in both living room and master suite, a dedicated work space, full size washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard with a Weber grill, we tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable! And were pet friendly!

Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance & outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit. Front porch has a swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets and no larger than 50 pounds. NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

Hammocks, deck chairs and pleasant patio are made for relaxing in sunset vistas. 8 kayaks & fishing poles for use in backyard, dock & boathouse. The 3 bedrooms, sleeps up to 9 in 2 queens, 1 full & 3 twin beds, & 2 baths. Close to Petit Jean State Park and 40 minutes to west Little Rock.
