Cosy bungalow in nice wee village; shops and train/bus routes. The Ground floor is included in this listing; upstairs is kept for storage. One double bed only, the listing says one bed in lounge, only sofas but I can’t correct this… There is a covered deck out the back door, great for sitting out in the rain! Good base for access to rest of NW Scotland; on the edge of the NC500, 14 miles from Inverness. Please read the house manual; note this is a quiet street and not a party house..

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Enjoy a peaceful and private stay at Cartlodge cabin. The property is situated in a secluded part of our garden approximately 22 meters from the main house, with stunning views onto a beautiful field and Wardlaw Mausoleum (Outlander) We are just 1 mile from the NC500 route, 8 miles from Inverness,, 4 miles from the the pretty little village of Beauly. There is an hourly bus service that runs from kirkhill which can take you to both places. Achnagairn castle is just a 5 minute walk away.

Guest suite is a small annexe , an independent part of our Family home . Self contained with it’s own private entrance it has a double bedroom with sitting area , en suite and a separate small kitchen with self catering facility consisting of microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and fridge. Tv, Wi Fi parking in the drive or free on street parking. Guests have exclusive use of suite. The property is well located in a quiet residential area 10 to 15 minute walk from City Centre.

A 5 minute drive from the idyllic village of Drumnadrochit and Loch Ness. ‘Evelyn’ ‘Rose’ and ‘Violet’cabins are ideal for those seeking a relaxing retreat with glorious views and, fantastic nearby walks. Complete with a covered outdoor decking area, housing an eco fuel burning hot tub (The hot tub will be up to temperature about 1.5 hours after your arrival, having you switched it on!)and BBQ.

Forester's Bothy, cosy studio.

This newly built, open plan studio has a woodburning stove, great views and is ideally suited for exploration of Loch Ness, NC500 and the hills, glens and beaches of north Scotland. The hosts live next door, but the studio has its own private garden area and plenty of parking. There are lovely walks from the door through fields and forest, and a chance to see the Northern Lights. The cabin is in a peaceful rural setting, but only 12 miles from the city of Inverness.

Urquhart Bay Barn

Urquhart Bay Barn, situated at the Urquhart Bay Viewpoint, is a charming and spacious self-catering renovation, with two bedrooms (one can be either two single beds or a king size bed), completed to a very high standard, with stunning views across Loch Ness and Glen Urquhart from the dining area window and gardens. We are just a few minutes walk from the iconic Urquhart Castle. The Barn itself is built with stone taken from Urquhart Castle in the late 1800s.

This unique farmhouse by Loch Ness with spectacular water views, has been recently updated to provide the ultimate escape with direct access to Loch Ness and the beach at Lochend – the very spot where St Columba saw the 'Great Beastie’. It also has its own little lochan in front of the house. Hot tub, fire pit/BBQ, table tennis are just a few of the facilities you will be able to enjoy when you tire of exploring the mysterious expanse of the main Loch.

We can't wait to welcome you to our Garden Log Cabin! We hope you will love your stay in this compact but well organised 'home away from home'. Situated in a quiet residential area in the village of Beauly in the Scottish Highlands. The log cabin is in the garden of our home, entirely fenced off for your privacy, with its own access and off road parking. Just around the corner from the local supermarket and close to train station and bus stop.

'Wardlaw View' is a self contained first floor apartment with an open plan layout. On offer: Kitchenette fully equipped. Shower room with power shower. Dining table and chairs. Television with Netflix and Prime. Kingsize bed with memory foam mattress. Outside patio area with a table and chairs under a wooden gazebo with electric. Storage cupboard with heating on ground floor. (perfect for drying outerwear or storing luggage).

The Smithy - A Highland Hideaway

A recently completed barn conversion, The Smithy is now a spacious but cosy one bedroom cottage set in a rural idyll near Loch Ness and only 3 miles off the North Coast 500 route. You can enjoy private access through a shared garden and we have free parking available on the drive. Unfortunately we cannot accept pets.

The Wine Maker’s Cottage

This unique place has a style all its own and has a gorgeous greenhouse attached which has a grape tree growing through it. It is very spacious, bright and has everything you would need for your stay. We are 1 mile from the village of Drumnadrochit and very close by to the famous Loch Ness.
