At night, enjoy peace and quiet in the North Georgia air and wake up refreshed & ready for another day on the farm! A unique experience for families, friends, and couples of any age.

Escape to Carter's Cabin, a charming lakefront house in Lavonia, Georgia, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This cozy cabin boasts two queen bedrooms, a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances, and a comfortable living area with a fireplace. Enjoy the private dock for fishing or simply relaxing by the water, and access to kayaks for exploring the serene waters of Lake Hartwell. *Check-in time is between 4pm and 10pm. The bedroom, loft, and main living space all have independently adjustable AC units for maximum comfort! Coming off the back deck it is an easy walk to the swim platform dock.
