Morning mists coming off the pond’s surface are particularly beautiful while relaxing with coffee and listening to loon calls. Within a few steps of the lake, you can enjoy swimming and kayaking or bring your own fishing poles. The surrounding area offers hiking, biking, and microbreweries. Driving distance to Burlington or Stowe.

Fun House w/private lake access

The Funhouse is tucked away on the secluded North Hero Island. This snug home is perfect for a small family vacation, and while the house itself is not on directly on the lake, the private family owned beach is just 400 feet away, so going for a swim is a breeze. Relax in the screened-in porch with a good book, or hang out inside on cool days using TV and WiFi, and when you get hungry, the kitchen is equipped with cookware and basic appliances to make cooking a cinch. Longer stays are available.

Handcrafted cozy waterfront camp on Metcalf pond. Propane fireplace provides for welcome warmth after fall or winter adventures. Soak in the Hot tub on the deck. Custom spiral staircase accesses carpeted sleeping loft with books, TV, rocking chair. Enjoy the quiet off season brings to the area when most camps are shuttered for winter. Enjoy staying in and cooking and taking in the cozy atmosphere or make the approximately 20 minute drive to Smugglers Notch or enjoy other local attractions.

Jay Peak is only 8 miles from door to door. Easy parking. Discount ski tickets available.

Private Cottage on Lake Champlain

Welcome to the Nease Camp Cottage! Our property is at the end of a private road on Lake Champlain north of St. Alban's Bay with some of the best sunsets in the world. The shale-covered beach includes use of the dock, canoes, rowboat, hammock, & a fire pit. (The ladder to the loft in pictures has been replaced by a spiral staircase.) Week-long use during the summer. Partial week bookings available Sept-Oct. Please note due to high demand, we must adhere to the cancellation policy as listed.

Sunrises, beautiful moonlit nights glimmering on St. Albans Bay make this an amazing getaway experience. The camp has direct lake access, a small private beach and a dock (occasionally shared with owner). There is an outdoor grill, an indoor gas-lit woodstove, a hammock, a swing set, and a large deck right over the water. Pets are possible - please ask. The cottage is rustic and charming.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Come enjoy your stay.
