The house has a fantastic layout and an incredible deck for enjoying the beautiful surroundings! So many birds singing, frogs calling at night, and a couple of turtles in the yard. Plenty of space for our dogs to run around. It was a great balance between a peaceful stay in the woods and still close enough to enjoy Berkeley Springs and Cacapon.

This gorgeous and massive space is great for large gatherings. Wifi connection was excellent and even accomodated video conferences. Gorgeous view. Some items in the kitchen were dirty (dish towels, dishes, etc.) and we had heating issues that were solved - nothing worth leaving anything but 5 stars. Overall, would recommend.

We loved the weekend stay at Glenn’s house. The house was just as pictured and the surroundings even more beautiful with the river that is in the front of the property . Our family enjoyed sitting on the front deck watching the river and the beautiful birds in the woods . What a gem of location! Also the house itself was clean comfortable and totally updated, really nice . Thank you we would love to come back at some point!

We had a group get together here at John’s cabin and it was really perfect. The house is spacious with enough space for us all to feel comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor space, and playing in the creek. The kitchen was well stocked making it easy for us to make meals while we stayed. Location is close to Capacon and Berkeley Springs parks making day trips to either very easy. Host was very quick to reply to me when I had a question. We will definitely look to stay here for future get together!

My nieces and I had such a relaxing time at Julie's house! The place was super comfy and welcoming—perfect for lounging around and spending quality time together. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up, which made it really easy to feel at home. The location was great, we were able to find a local pizza place, diner and even a tea room. We will definitely be back!

It was the perfect stay for the weekend! Super cozy house with beautiful views and easy access to the small towns in the area. I would definitely recommend. the hosts were incredibly responsive and very accommodating. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house and Suranny was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean as can be and very spacious. Lots of natural sunlight and a wonderful covered porch to sit out on. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

This cabin is so beautiful and peaceful - it is more amazing than the photos! Hannah was extremely responsive and helpful, and the cabin was squeaky clean. We enjoyed walking to the marsh right across the street and exploring the beautiful property. The cabin has neighbors nearby but still feels very remote and private. We had a wonderful time!

Wow! Great property and incredible hosts! Definitely exceeded our expectations. Felt right at home. Lanah was super responsive and immediately addressed any issues we had. Very pet friendly. The range is private and very close. Almost perfect location -- mountain top seclusion, but super easy to get into town when needed. Hope to stay there again soon!

Great place, well kept, modern and sleek. Exactly what we needed for a family of 6

Plenty of space and lots things to do for a group getaway at this home. We had a blast hanging out in the game room and the hot tub. The kitchen is very spacious for all the meals we made during our stay. Surrounded by tree and listening to the woodpeckers work was peaceful and calming. The host is very friendly and quick to respond.

It’s a private place to go and enjoy and famili kids are very happy with the pool and activities

The Mountain Aire cabin is absolutely wonderful- it feels rustic and cozy but has modern amenities (like the steam shower) and a lot of space. The house itself has plenty to keep a family busy, with darts, pool, board games, and the hot tub. We also enjoyed the hiking trail that was a short walk from the cabin, and spending time by the river. We would absolutely rent the cabin again (this time in warmer weather to take advantage of the splash pool and fantastic wrap around screened in porch).

This was a great place for us to take our daughter and decompress before she goes back to college. Enjoyed the outside area and the rustic cabin.

Beautiful property! Very relaxing. I booked the house for my family to attend my Stepmother's memorial service so we could all stay together. I would definitely book this house again. There were a few things that I would change and have made my recommendations to the owner.

this home is literally so amazing , super private and have an amazing view of mountains + cows + peacocks . The cows are adorable literally loved watching them everyday . the cabin is super beautiful and peaceful . nobody is around so it’s super quiet all you hear are cows mooing lol . i totally recommend!!!

Leroy is a great host. We absolutely loved this charming farm cottage, with such quiet, peaceful surroundings. The house was comfortable and as clean as anyone should ever expect from an older country home. Staying here was reminiscent of staying at you parents or grandparents place on the farm. Leroy was very easygoing, kind and responsive, and left beautifully clear and easy to follow check/in & check/out instructions. I WILL 100% RECOMMEND!!!!!

Made a quick trip to the area to visit family and enjoyed staying here. There was lots of space for us and our dog. Kimberly was accommodating with an earlier check in and had thoughtful details throughout.

We enjoyed our stay very much as the accommodations were clean, quaint, and a perfect location for walking to local restaurants and shops. Avery was a great host with quick communication. We would highly recommend a stay here. We will surely be back!

The Treehouse was a great location for our family! The house was absolutely beautiful - peaceful and serine for the adults and exciting for the children! Great location to stay with Shenandoah National Park nearby. Ruth’s guidebook and recommendations were helpful! Also recommend purchasing one of their steaks!! We hope to enjoy their property again in the future.
