Fern Hollow is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. On your 10 min walk (or 2 min drive) to the community beach you will pass a playground and basketball court. After you pass through the pine tree path to the lake, you'll find an expansive sandy beach perfect for swimming, jumping off the dock, fishing and paddle boarding or kayaking. Lounging at the house is lovely on the front porch or in the private backyard.

Plenty of room in the back yard for any and all yard games, while also enjoying the firepit, "game shed" and 75ft of water frontage where you can swim, fish, or launch your kayaks from the dock into the Ossipee River. Wireless internet is available and reaches the back yard. The 'cabin' has 2 bedrooms.
