This serene property offers a soothing escape for guests with its relaxing feel of country living while being just a few mins off the highway and easy access to the rest of Appleton. Less than a 30 min drive to Lombardi field in GB! Property's not lived in, but set up to accommodate groups up to 6 needing a comfortable place to stay. Owners live in the attached home next door. In-ground pool out back is off limits without prior approval from owners due to liability.
