This is a new construction with sea views and 4m. from the beach: 4-story house: On the 0 floor, there is a large open space with a living room, equipped kitchen, 2 suite bedrooms with 2 complete bathrooms, and pantry. On the 1st floor, 1 suite with balcony and sea view, plus 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the basement, games room. On the 3 floor - rooftop with chairs and ocean view. The exterior features a garden, swimming pool, barbecue and free parking. Bed sheets and towels are included.

There is a private heated* plunge pool with a sunny garden, the bigger swimming pool ( also heated* ) is shared with two other small houses, and also the owners ( me, Julia and our 13 years son ) ... that sometimes deserve to take a dive too :)) so its never crowded !! * In winter or colder months the water temperature in both pools don't go more high than 22-24 degrees
