Welcome to our quaint, stylish four-bedroom, two-bath, over 1,800-sq.-ft. centrally-located home in "Friendly Fridley". We recently remodeled and furnished our home with upcycled and new furniture. You'll be surrounded by parks, trails, and lakes ― and all the Twin Cities offers; you can be in artsy NE Minneapolis in less than 10 mins., or walk to Moore Lake Park and beach in 5 mins. The National Sports Center is a 12-min drive. Mall of America & the MSP Airport are about a 30-min. drive south.

This delightful haven features a warm fireplace perfect for cozying up on chilly evenings. Please note, there is some low clearance near the head of the bed and in the bathroom/kitchen area.

Perfect for anniversaries, birthdays, or simply a rejuvenating getaway. Find out why Minnesotans enjoy the winter as you relax in the 104* hot tub or 190* sauna while gazing into the trees. Included is a king bed, sofa bed, lush robes, slippers and numerous amenities for you to enjoy! This unit is attached to a larger home (that is available for rent). However, only one group stays on the property at a time, by either renting this smaller space or by renting the entire house.

Set in a safe and charming cul-de-sac neighborhood on the bank of the Mississippi River near downtown Minneapolis in the Historic Milling District and NE Arts and Entertainment District. This lodging is for adults only. (Allergy alert: a dog lives here, but not during your reservation). Snow removal and lawn mowing is provided. This is our primary home that we make available while we are traveling. Dogs not allowed.
