It is a home stay at a private house in a quiet residential area. An artist in her 60's and two cats live in a Japanses style house. You are wellcomed as a member of the family, so we can cook and chat together. If you like, I can help you with sightseeing, kimono dressing and instract creating Japanse Paper art. You can enjoy the snowy landscape and natural hot spring in Winter too. If you can cook together, breakfast will be served. I hope you can have an unique stay in Japan.

An old house built in the late Edo period, but once you step inside you'll find a modern Japanese interior. Why not experience the good old Japanese culture? The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishes, cutlery, and most cooking utensils and seasonings.

The owner lives in a hut next to the inn, so please feel free to ask him anything you don't understand. Since it is an old house, you may be worried about it being cold or hot, but there is an air conditioner in the bedroom and living room, and two fan heaters. Large supermarkets and convenience stores are located 30 minutes away by car. We recommend that you do your shopping in advance.
