Villa Anna

We present to you an modern villa built in 2024 with stunning sunset and panoramic ocean views. The villa is located on a private 0.5 hectares of land with its own garden, terraces and outdoor pool (12m) with salt water. The area of the house is 350m2. Seaview terrasses and patio 300 m2. Ceiling height is 4 meters. This house consists of 3 sleeping areas, each with its own dressing room and its own bathroom. The large living rooms have a dining areas with fireplace and a TV areas. 4 bathrooms.

Castanheiro

Welcome to Castanheiro. Our property is a recently refurbished house built around a century old chestnut tree. A spacious terrace offers a panoramic view of the Santa Cruz Bay. It is conveniently located in Lagoa and within a 3 min walking distance to the ocean . A stroll to natural swimming pools will take you 10 min. The house was lovingly restored to maintain its original stone features. A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends as it comfortably accomodates up to 6 people.

Waterfall Life: immersed in secluded nature

A converted stone watermill at the bottom of a small valley, between two waterfalls. Walking in, you half-expect to have stepped back a century. The sound doesn't stop—it follows you to sleep and is the first thing you hear in the morning. You leave the car on an old bridge above and walk down a short rustic path; below it, the property opens up. Two villages and a small market sit a hundred meters back, reminding you civilization is still out there—but down here you're in your own world.

A Casa da Suta é um alojamento recém-construído e pensado para proporcionar momentos de convívio entre família e amigos num local calmo e com vistas deslumbrantes sobre o mar e a costa norte da ilha de São Miguel. No exterior, convidámo-lo a relaxar no nosso Jacuzzi ao final do dia, desfrutando de música do seu gosto, com o nosso sistema de som portátil. Na sala de estar superior encontrará o ambiente ideal para a leitura e para um bom chá, desfrutando de uma vista panorâmica para o mar.

É constituida por um quarto de cama, casa de banho , sala comum e kitchenette equipada com uma placa/ fogão de 4 bocas, micro-ondas, torradeira, frigorífico, chaleira electrica e maquina de café Existe acesso Wi-Fi gratuito em toda a propriedade. É fornecida roupa de cama e toalhas de banho. O aluguer inclui serviço de limpeza com substituição de roupa de cama e toalhas de banho 2 vezes por semana

Furnas Lake Cottage

Furnas lake cottage is one of the only few houses that sit looking out over the Furnas lake. It was build in the beginning of 1960's as my grand parents summer house. It’s a vintage cottage! Has several outside spaces to enjoy the amazing view to the lake and a private car parking area. For bookings and queries, please contact us! ATTENTION:: it’s a vintage 60’s São Miguel countryside cottage by the Furnas Lake, not an hotel or a modernized ,changed interior, new house.

It is often possible to see by naked eye, groups of dolphins pass the sea of the Amora bay, a nearby beach where you can walk from home and enjoy!

Japanese Cedar Villa - Furnas Lake Forest Living

The Japanese Cedar Villa, measuring almost 70m2, has a bedroom, a living room with a dining area, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony. The bedroom can have a king size bed or 2 single beds, just let us know what you prefer. It is equipped with air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi and a television. It is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate a 3rd or 4th person (children or baby) using an extra bed in the living room (without blackout).
