Edge of the Wild - Guest House @ R Farm

1100sf, single story guest house that's a couple minutes from the town of Rifle, yet backs up to vast open space. Sheltered from view of the highway by trees, boasts tremendous sunsets over the Roan Cliffs, and views of the Hogbacks and Mamm Peak. "R Farm" is a developing farm w/ sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. The guest house is adjacent to our family home and near the barn. Abundant opportunities for local outdoor enthusiasts exist or simply stay and enjoy the abundance.

Located near Rifle Mountain Park, Rifle Falls, Rifle arch, Glenwood hot springs pool, Sunlight mountain resort, Whitewater rafting, Glenwood caverns and more!

The 'Lil' Cabin

Welcome to the cozy lil cabin where you can enjoy serene water views. The main floor of the cabin features a full kitchen, living room with king sized pull out couch, washer/dryer and bathroom. The upstairs sleeping area has a queen bed on one side of the catwalk and twin on the other. Please be aware the stairs leading to the sleeping area are steep and narrow. The cabin has an open concept layout. The lil cabin is conveniently located 5 min. from two grocery stores and 30 min. to Aspen.

Sit back relax and watch the Colorado river flow by less then 30 feet from the front door of the cabin and if you want throw your fishing line in and catch a few fish! Our Cabin is at a perfect location if you want to be close to everything but just far enough away to let time slow down, watch the abundance of wildlife and enjoy amazing sunsets. The white river and fishing are within walking distance. We are surrounded by beautiful hiking and biking areas. There is an outdoor patio space to enjoy the peace and quiet of the white river valley.
