Kick back in comfort at our Kozy Kickback Korner. Small town atmosphere but only 12 miles from Statesboro Ga. You will enjoy the coziness of our double bed in the sleeping room , daybed in living area 2 recliners and a futon for watching the 65 inch smart tv. You can cook your meals in our well stocked kitchen. You'll be in walking distance of dining, grocery store, bakery and more. Our enclosed back area is a great place for your pup to explore or to grill a steak. It's also a smoking area.

Quiet country home located minutes from GSU campus

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. Old Hardy Place home is situated on a pecan tree lined dirt road only 10 minutes from Statesboro and Georgia Southern University campus. 1 hour to Savannah and 1.5 hours to Augusta master’s. Also known as Oma’s, this house can comfortably sleep 5 people (additional charge for over 4 people) with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar. We also offer a fenced yard for your pet for an additional fee ($75)

The Cottage at Cypress Lake

Welcome to the Cottage at Cypress Lake! Relax with the whole family at the cottage just 15 minutes away from Statesboro, GA and Georgia Southern University. This newly renovated one story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage sleeps 8, and has a spacious living room. There is plenty of room to gather inside and outside. Outside areas include screened porches, an outside eating area, gas grill, fire pit and kayaks for you to enjoy. Please note that this is not an event venue.

Cabin Retreat, Ohoopee River

Enjoy the majestic views from this Cypress Cabin on the banks of the Ohoopee River. Run your toes through the sugary white sand while sunning on your own private sand bar beach. Then dip into the water to cool off the summer sun warmth. Don't forget your fishing pole. Enjoy canoeing and kayking on the Ohoopee River. Or enjoy reading a book on the large porch and soak in the peace and quiet over looking the river. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Freeman Farm “Love Shack” Bunkhouse for 5 or 1.

The "Love Shack" is in Statesboro, Georgia, home of the Georgia Southern Eagles and is the guests Bunkhouse on Freeman Farm. Freeman Farm is a 300-acre weekend retreat located between a half mile stretch of the Ogeechee River and Pondgeechee Pond, a 32-acre lake. The newly renovated "Love Shack" while rustic still has the comforts of home; with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of places to sit and relax, lots of outdoor space to roam, soft beds, and we even have wifi.

Sarah's Cottage in the heart of Millen

On 2/28/23, the renovations on the 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage were completed. All rooms have been updated to add style and comfort. The home has refinished original hardwood floors in the bedrooms, and family room. The bathroom, hallway, kitchen and dining room has newly installed LVP flooring. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving dishes, keurig, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker.

Located just 20 minutes from downtown Statesboro and within minutes of the gorgeous Pine Needle Plantation Wedding Venue. Please note the home is located on a dirt road.

Our 2 BD cabin has all the comforts of home in a beautiful setting complete with three cable tv's, wi-fi, kitchen, private bathroom, and a living space. Enjoy fishing, swimming, paddle boats/kayaks (available to rent for a small fee), and recreation on site, or explore Savannah and Statesboro or other nearby towns. Our proximity to i-16 makes it convenient to get anywhere you want to be.

The Magnolia Cottage

Recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage in Millen's quaint historic district. In walking distance of restaurants, churches, and shopping. Relax on the front porch swing in the shade of a grand old magnolia tree. The enclosed back deck adds privacy and a sunny spot to relax or enjoy an outdoor meal. Quick and easy access to Augusta (50 miles) and Statesboro (30 miles).

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our home has a hotel style studio set up, king size bed, microwave and coffee maker. It’s ideal for couples looking for a retreat or someone in town to visit family. We are a 15 minute drive to George L Smith State Park, 35 minute drive to Statesboro, and 20 minute drive to Millen or Swainsboro.
