The beach is between 25 to 30 miles away and there are numerous beaches within that radius, including Hilton Head and Hunting Island. Of course, the cottage is right in front of a beautiful and peaceful coastal marsh. We’re also not far from Parris Island if it’s time to celebrate your special Marine! See gorgeous sunrises & watch the dolphins from the upstairs deck or sun porch. Great views of the water from most of the house. New lighted dock on deep water so bring your boat! We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah!
