We needed this apartment for family when other family visited. It worked out great and Ashley was very kind to extend a late check out when my husband got the checkout time wrong and needed an extension to pack up. She was quick to respond to messages sent through Airbnb and patient with me as I was fairly new to using this rental website. I would recommend Ashley's place if you are visiting family in the area yet want your own space to relax. Also to see Ft. Myers and all it has to offer this place is perfect as the price is right, parking is free, and beaches as well as our beautiful downtown river area are just a short drive away. Thank you for a great stay.

Mike's rental was as described. He was very responsive. Location was great. The beach trolly stop was near the rental. Public beach access was walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. We would rent this unit again from Mike.

Absolutely delighted with this establishment. Very comfortable and conveniently located. Proximity to the breathtaking beach is a notable advantage. The owners demonstrated exceptional hospitality, accommodating our needs and promptly addressing any queries. I would definitely revisit this location.

This is the second time I have stayed at this apartment and I absolutely love it! It has everything you need if you are traveling solo or with another person. It is so comfortable and peaceful. The space is so well thought out and I love the cozy feeling. A perfect retreat while staying in Sarasota! I hope to be back again…thank you so very much!

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice. Very clean. Very comfortable. Loved the Welcome greeting and box of chocolates. Loved having coffee out in the sunroom in the mornings. Enjoyed it enough that will like to go back next year.

This is the second year I have stayed at Connie’s. Everything is always top notch. Always feels like home. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. no better place to stay. Until next year.

Listing was as described. Was near the highway so some sound cut through but overall place was beautifully kept and felt right at home. No one bothered me as well so that’s a plus. I would return.

I stayed at Katrina’s vacation house for 10 days and had a fantastic experience. The home was very clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures. It was in a quiet, relaxing location but still close to everything we needed. Katrina was an excellent host—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book with her again!

Perfect time at Blue Abaco! Lovely villa, clean and comfortable, with everything you could need - real home away from home. Plenty space for our family of 4. Everyone enjoyed pool overlooking waterway! Vesteva Vacation Rentals great with communication too. Within easy driving distance - 5 mins- of local shops/restaurants. So could comfortably walk to shops too. Only short drive to Cape Coral Water Park - about 10 mins and about 20/30 minute drive to lovely Fort Myers beach. Located in quiet neighbourhood so really relaxing. Would highly recommend and would certainly do a return visit

We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

Great location! Beautiful view with very active shore frontage of marine mammals. Enjoyed are stay very much, quiet and peaceful but yet close to anything you could possibly need.

Maria was great! Always got back with us to answer our questions quickly. The pictures online was exactly what place looked like! And her place is located in the middle of everything there was to do, in each direction. We loved that and took advantage of it! We walked the neighborhood almost everyday. Maria lives in a very quiet area. We enjoyed the walks, looking at the houses and how they were landscaped. This was the first time that my wife and I stayed in an AIRBNB for a month. We couldn't have chosen a better place. The only thing that would have made it nicer was getting to enjoy the new couch that was supposed to have been delivered while we were there. I'm sure the next renters will get to enjoy it.

well worth what was paid! cute home with comfortable hot tub and outdoor shower. two rooms with two living areas dining are and spacious kitchen. washer and dryer was a plus. very peaceful, even with an occupied RV on property. host was super responsive, will totally book again if we ended up at ft Myers for another event!

We stayed three days. Absolutely loved the house. Everything you could possibly need was there. I thought the main bedroom I stayed in had a very comfortable mattress, I'm very picky too! I definitely recommend this house and the pictures don't really do the justice. It's beautiful, comfortable and clean!!!

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

We stayed in this beautiful Condo for a week in April. The weather was perfect, the pool was great and the beach is unbelievable. We founds lots of shells and were up to watch the sunrise on one day. Went to the Sanibel Farmers market on Sunday. Ate out but also used the amenities like having a nice kitchen with full sized fridge and coffee maker. Two bathrooms was nice so each of us had our own. This was a meetup spot for me who is from Massachusetts and my sister Kate who is from Wyoming. We’re going to plan to make this an annual event!!thank you

Perfect stay for my family! It had everything we needed and more. The beach chairs, mats & cooler made our beach days more enjoyable. Washer and dryer worked great and kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t have time to use the paddleboard but it’s an awesome bonus. We would definitely stay again!

Our family had a wonderful week long stay at Susan’s condo. She supplied everything we needed for great beach days and the pool was clean and warm! It is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and ice cream spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, yet fun place to stay in Bonita!

This is the perfect vacation rental! The condo is spacious and very well maintained. Has lots of amenities to offer. The location could not be more ideal… walking distance to Siesta Key beach ( right across the street). Has a stop in front of the building for Siesta Key trolley that takes you to Siesta Village. Kathy is a fantastic host. Very accommodating and replies quickly. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and looking forward to going back!

We had a great stay at Rose’s condo. She was very helpful. Perfect location - 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were perfect. We’ll be back
