Such a great stay!! The loft was amazing and within walking distance to good food and entertainment, shoutout to Crave dessert lounge for such a dope vibe! The parking garage and security of the building was awesome to have! Will definitely stay again!

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The unit had anything you could possibly need. Was great not having to run to the store to get this or that as they already had everything available. Very clean!

We were only there one night but it was just what we needed. Quiet and clean and very comfortable. Robbi was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had such nice touches for our dog from a bone to a bowls already set up with water. We will stay again when in town.

I have used James many times now to lodge employees from Minnesota while attending training in the Charlotte area. All aspects of our interactions have been EXCELLENT! My employees request to stay there versus a hotel. The amenities, cleanliness, location, and peacefulness of the lake far out weigh anything a local hotel can offer. He's always the first place we look to book. 100% recommended.

We loved our stay at this Beautiful home ! So relaxing. We loved early mornings on the back porch with our coffee and watching the sun go down in the evenings. Thank you for sharing your amazing home.

Amazing place and very responsive host.

This single level, 5 bedroom home is on a beautiful lake with a very big yard and many activities (including kayaks, paddle board, dock, tether ball, fosball and fishing). The portable crib, high chair, small couch and outside chair in the children's area was very helpful for our grandson. The setting was very peaceful. There were many outside activities including the Whitewater Center, the amusement park and nature centers that we enjoyed.

My wife and I took my two boys and my parents on a little vacation for a few days the day after Christmas. The house on the lake and location right outside of Charollete was perfect. The boys and I got to fish with my pops right off the back dock. We were close to all kinds of things to do around the Charollete area. Erin was super quick to respond with any questions we had. Would love to plan a trip back during summer to be able to use the lake more.

The home was better than the photos. Hunter was extremely responsive. We appreciated their flexibility with our check-in and departures. The kitchen was fully stocked for a Thanksgiving meal with all of the utensils necessary. Linen was fantastic and it was a nice touch with body wash and shampoo in every bathroom. We rented the property to celebrate our son's move to NC and also my husband's 60th birthday. From the time we walked in the door, we felt right at home. The property was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Charlene our host was great! She was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again. It's a 10/10!!!

We brought a large group of people for a work-related trip for the week. The house was large, comfortable, accessible, and provided a peaceful retreat from the activities of the day. We enjoyed the games, amenities, and activities on the lake during our time there. If you are bringing a large group to the Charlotte area, I would definitely recommend staying here!

The villa is so comfortable and nicely decorated. Beautiful location. We love sitting on the patio. Katie is so easy to work with. Highly recommend this villa. This is our second stay and we will definitely stay there again.

We felt right at home when we walked through the door! We love the fact that the light switches were labeled with what they were for and on top of that it was very clean inside!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

Condo was just as described and exactly what we needed. It was clean and well appointed. We appreciate all their efforts. Keyless entry was easy to use and helpful.

The apartment is located in a beautiful community by the lake but the moment you step into the space, the experience is already elevated. Squeaky clean, gorgeous lighting and lovely patio overlooking the lake and a restaurant. Thoughtful touches in the kitchen and bathroom. One of the best Airbnb’s i have stayed at.

Sherrys place was great for our 4 night stay. The location was perfect, with restaurants and stores within 10 mins. Gorgeous lake views. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio taking it all in. I couldn’t ask for a better location. The space is updated and very clean.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

The condo was well equipped, nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Unit on second floor elevator close by. Parking was on street but we had no problem finding convenient spots. Shower pressure was great! A/C was not locked at a temp which is a must for a hot sleeper. We definitely recommend Katie’s condo!
